I appreciate the ease of use that ZenWorkflow offers and its strong feature-set. It’s great having an all-in-one software solution for our business. I also value how the platform helps simplify how we do things with its well-thought-out functionalities. The ability to create custom fields for client data and run all our KYC/CDD processes through ZenWorkflow is incredibly useful. We've switched our billing to this platform because it significantly speeds up the process and ensures nothing falls through the cracks, allowing us to track work billed or unbilled, and paid or unpaid. Also, the workflow management system, which lets us manage tasks from simple to complex, is very efficient. The team is responsive to feedback and open to developing or adjusting features, which I really like. Additionally, their import functionality made our initial setup quite easy.
