The most helpful thing about zenoti is the custom marketplace on the website.

Strong Reporting & Analytics was a bonus.

Good for Scaling / Multi-Location. The Zenoti team was able to customize based on our culture and current business. I like that things like services, forms, waivers, E=loyalty/gift cards.

Onboarding & Migration took a while but was done well.

We seriously love ZENOTI!! They have been the absolute best software we have used for our hair salon by far. The integrations and customization they offer is insane. I will say it does take a bit of a learning curve, but their support has been great and onboarding has helped. They are also coming out new features all the time. The level of reporting and marketing feature they have as well is also very in depth. We literally use this software daily, and we are fully onboard with them. I have worked very closely with Jesse & Swarupa for a while now. They have been a great team in always helping me out with setting up a new zenoti center account, we open franchise centres all the time and i would not choose to communicate with anyone else. It has almost all aspects of having a health spa or clinic integrated such as point of service/booking, customer outreach, campaigns or even photo guidelines. Since there are so many elements to Zenoti from forms to discount campaigns, it may take a while to review and understand even after onboarding.
