ZenDPA is an automation tool for companies to create and manage their Data Processing Agreements (DPA) under GDPR. Answer a simple questionnaire and you can receive your customized agreement! ZenDPA then automates the signature flow when your customers request to sign. ZenDPA also maintains the agreement up to date with the latest EU guidelines. Its vendor database also makes it easy to create and update your subprocessors list on an ongoing basis.

**What do you like best about ZenDPA?**

I think the questionnaire format makes it easy for me to fill and it enables me to come up with an agreement that suits my needs. ZenDPA simplifies the first generation of DPAs, which are legal documents that govern data processing between controller and processor.

**What do you dislike about ZenDPA?**

ZenDPA has a reduced level of possible additional settings into the generated agreements. These agreements sometimes need further legal consideration to capture precisely the agreed data processing activities and risk levels.

**What problems is ZenDPA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZenDPA indeed helps to speed up the initial construction of the DPA as compared to writing the agreements’ scripts manually. Due to the inability to allow fine-tuning of the content of the final agreement, there is a requirement of further engagement with legal departments.

**What do you like best about ZenDPA?**

ZenDPA has been useful in assisting in the preparation and implementation of the DPAs in organization. The use of the automated questionnaire means that it is easy to create standardised and more specific agreements within GDPR within a short span of time.

**What do you dislike about ZenDPA?**

To a certain extent there’s somewhat options of getting such complicated agreements. It is not very liberal when it comes to negotiating certain data security provisions or defining data retention policies.

**What problems is ZenDPA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZenDPA has helped in minimizing the challenges of management of DPAs. Electronic creation of signature dishes and approvals and built-in reminders for sending agreements out for signature.
