It gave a sense of security that one can seek an attorney for a simple legal advice without having to worry about getting a letter with a hefty amount displayed at the end of it. **What do you dislike about LegalShield?** It was not uncommon to experience quite a delay when trying to obtain an attorney. I was once stuck in a context where the attorney was not returning my calls for days, which was not only frustrating during the urgently needed legal consultation. **What problems is LegalShield solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used LegalShield when I required the assistance and advice of a lawyer in reviewing the terms of a lease. It provided me with confidence in signing the document having an attorney explain the legalese and clarify my questions. ### 2. I quickly received a comprehensive legel consultation that addressed all of my concerns. I especially enjoyed how LegelShield saved me the trouble of looking for a lawyer and again clarifying my needs. They provides best customer service. **What do you dislike about LegalShield?** LegelShield does not cover everything. While they were helpful when I had a comlicated issue involving employment rights, they did not fully meet my expectations of what an attorney should provide. **What problems is LegalShield solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used LegelShield when I needed a lawyer to check the conditions of a lease. It guaranteed that I remained on the correct legal road by obtaining approved guidance before taking any move. I love how dependable it is and how wel the solutions met my needs. ### 3. Being able to consult lawyers for simple cases such as traffic tickets, or to review some contract to have satisfaction provided. It was easy to seek services from their hotline and be put through to an attorney. **What do you dislike about LegalShield?** LegalShield doesn't cover everything. Though they were good to me when I had a complicated issue involving employment rights; they didn’t meet my expectations of an attorney. **What problems is LegalShield solving and how is that benefiting you?** For routine legal matters, they can find LegalShield very helpful. For consultation and trivial issues they don’t have to spend time and money to go to court. This realisation frees me up to deal with basic legal questions with lower levels of stress as I know there is a fallback. ### 4. The law firms respond quickly to issues. **What do you dislike about LegalShield?** When an issue involves an out of state issue, they must refer you to a legal shield lawyer in the state in which the issue is occuring. This dramatically increases the amount of time it takes to get an answer. The laywers may also just call you without setting up a time, which is not ideal for business owners or other people who work a 9-5. **What problems is LegalShield solving and how is that benefiting you?** Legal shield helps me to keep my information private, and also helps me resolve legal issues quickly and for a known price. ### 8. They responded after my initial request for their service.
