**What do you like best about zeldata?**

I use the CRM module in Zeldata ERP and is robust and intuitive, providing us with a comprehensive view of our customer interactions and history. This has empowered our customer service team to deliver more personalized and effective support. By having access to detailed customer data, we can anticipate needs, resolve issues faster, and build stronger relationships with our clients.

**What do you dislike about zeldata?**

There is nothing I dont like about it. The platform is really User Friendly

**What problems is zeldata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It does not have any problems. I consider The support provided by Zeldata has been exemplary. Whenever we encounter issues or have questions, the support team is responsive and helpful. Additionally, Zeldata regularly updates the software, introducing new features and improvements based on user feedback. This commitment to continuous improvement ensures that we are always working with a cutting-edge tool.
