Zeda.io Reviews & Product Details

I am a market researcher, pulling my data from 13 different sources, and Zeda.io was an absolute lifesaver for me. It allows me to intuitively mash all data sources together and start looking for high-level trends and patterns to predict. It's instinctive and user-friendly. I wish Zeda.io had more pre-built templates for specific industries, such as market research; that way, it would save me a bit of time setting the dashboards up. But these are minor quibbles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zeda.io is a game-changer for my data viz needs. Create a good-looking, interactive dashboard just by dragging and dropping. Real-time collab features, of paramount importance when working with my team, really help in making data viz easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The initial learning curve, especially if you are not very technology-savvy, can be steep, but once you learn your way around, it is clear skies from there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zeda.io is quite impressive for democratizing data analytics. Its drag-and-drop interface and pre-built templates make exploring and visualizing data easy, even for non-technical folks in my organization. This tool provides straightforward access to analytics for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

However, while great for basic to intermediate analytics tasks, Zeda.io can feel limiting when dealing with more advanced use cases. I sometimes wish it offered more customization options and support for complex data models. Although user-friendly, it has room for improvement in handling sophisticated analytical needs. The intuitive interface of Zeda.io is a game-changer. It's so easy to work around, even for a data greenhorn like me. It's pure magic—the nice visualizations will bring forth insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As much as Zeda.io is top-notch, some features can be a little bit advanced, proving a bit of a challenge to try to adapt to. No pain, no gain, right? You just need to put in the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a cost-effective solution without compromising on essential features. The platform's prioritization capabilities are great to use. Connecting your features with broader product/org-level goals helps a lot to track progress on your KPIs/KRAs. The support team's approach is proactive and issue resolution is swift. It is still a phase of rapid development and refinement. As a result, some functionalities might still be maturing, leading to occasional issues or limitations that do affect work, but the support and development team is quick to resolve those. Also, while functionality is key, a more polished UI would contribute to a more satisfying overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to integrate with other feedback tools such as Canny, work management tools like JIRA, create roadmaps - both private and public roadmaps, and the best part is the ability for the product teams to use this tool for Release Notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes there are issues while syncing with JIRA, the formatting of the requirements in JIRA get distorted when its linked with Zeda. Another great option would have been the ability to view roadmaps in Kanban view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Widgets that can be embedded within the product are great. Additionally, it also supports other channels to collect feedback for a product and these feedbacks can be assigned and added to the public roadmap. This makes it very easy for product teams like ours to prioritise what to build next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall Zeda is a great tool and has been working well for us. We have no complaints Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Manage everything related to a product on a single platform

2. Document management (PRD or a release note powered by AI) helps a lot

3. Creating and Managing Roadmap is very easy

4. Creating and Tracking a Strategy plan and to measure how much is achieved and what we are missing is

5. A great team to converse and to reach out to

6. And so on.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing is perfect and not able to make everyone happy. For me following are the misses:

1. User management and maker/Checker process

2. Simultaneously editing a document is not possible

3. PDF Export of the Document or Excel Export of the Features is not available. Sharing and analysis is bit difficult

4. In some cases UI could have been better

I believe Zeda is becoming a tool which helps in solving most of the issues faced by a product management team. I would love to see some of these features coming soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how you can customize everything in the app. The UI is simply fantastic. It offers product roadmap feature which is very useful to Product Managers as well as other stakeholders. Jira integration is useful. And yes keyboard shortcut is an added advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dark mode isn't available. There's no option to edit the feedback description template or create a new one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love using Zeda to manage all our ideas up until we're ready to put them into Jira and develop them. Combinging feedback, feature requests, and roadmap all into one has made it much easier to keep track of everything and make sure all our ideas get captured, planned, and become a reality. I wish the ability to merge ideas/feedback was a little smoother and more robust. We get a lot of ideas that are duplicates, and it would definitely help us tame them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
