It is a cost-effective solution without compromising on essential features. The platform's prioritization capabilities are great to use. Connecting your features with broader product/org-level goals helps a lot to track progress on your KPIs/KRAs. The support team's approach is proactive and issue resolution is swift. It is still a phase of rapid development and refinement. As a result, some functionalities might still be maturing, leading to occasional issues or limitations that do affect work, but the support and development team is quick to resolve those. The ability to integrate with other feedback tools such as Canny, work management tools like JIRA, create roadmaps - both private and public roadmaps, and the best part is the ability for the product teams to use this tool for Release Notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes there are issues while syncing with JIRA, the formatting of the requirements in JIRA get distorted when its linked with Zeda.

Widgets that can be embedded within the product are great. Additionally, it also supports other channels to collect feedback for a product and these feedbacks can be assigned and added to the public roadmap. Nothing is perfect and not able to make everyone happy. For me following are the misses:

1. User management and maker/Checker process

2. Simultaneously editing a document is not possible

3. PDF Export of the Document or Excel Export of the Features is not available. Sharing and analysis is bit difficult

4. In some cases UI could have been better

I believe Zeda is becoming a tool which helps in solving most of the issues faced by a product management team. I would love to see some of these features coming soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how you can customize everything in the app. The UI is simply fantastic. It offers product roadmap feature which is very useful to Product Managers as well as other stakeholders. We love using Zeda to manage all our ideas up until we're ready to put them into Jira and develop them. Combinging feedback, feature requests, and roadmap all into one has made it much easier to keep track of everything and make sure all our ideas get captured, planned, and become a reality.
