&lt;p&gt;Confidence that compliance checks catch issues before the shipment moves would build the most trust for me. Accurate regulatory data and responsive support matter, but the real test is whether restricted-party, classification, licensing, or customs issues surface early enough for the team to act. I’d track how many exceptions are caught pre-shipment versus discovered during customs clearance.&lt;/p&gt;
