**What do you like best about Yuzu Corp?**

Yuzu corp is located in Nantes France and all of Yuzu corp's subject matter experts  speak French. They help me anticipate key technology challenges in the 2024 year. They help coach new sales consults into established French speaking and cultural practices to maximize sales and production in a tough economy.

**What do you dislike about Yuzu Corp?**

Most of Yuzu Corp's educational materials and coaching materials are offered in French. Yuzu Corp experts do not know the atmosphere for technology segmentation and cloud migration in the North America commercial technology markets. Yuzu Corp does not offer 24/7 on-call sales support.

**Recommendations to others considering Yuzu Corp:**

Yuzu corp is primarily recommended for Targeting french-speaking regions and countries. You need to accept the idea that if you don't change your method, you'll get the same results, or even worse results if your competitors evolve theirs. They target  electricity producing competitors.

**What problems is Yuzu Corp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If you are an early stage tech company or are enthusiastic about tech, Yuzu Corp is the right consultant for you! The consultant's team has one decade of experience with sales and sales of technology solutions. Yuzu corp integrates itso wn CRM into its solutions. **What do you like best about Yuzu Corp?**

Yuzu Corp. has helped us improve our marketing capabilities because it has the expertise to help its customers get the best results through tailored solutions and reliable data analysis. Yuzu Corp.'s coordinated services have enabled us to create effective ways to advertise our products. Their professionals were incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in many marketing disciplines, which helped us learn the capabilities quickly.

**What do you dislike about Yuzu Corp?**

Although it takes time to see the real effects, overall, the services were excellent and affordable compared to other services.

**What problems is Yuzu Corp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yuzu Corp. obtained a wide range of services to improve the capabilities of the sales team in general, so that our capabilities in e-mail marketing developed, as well as to help prepare more effective plans that contributed to increasing sales.

**Describe the project or task Yuzu Corp helped with:**

We have worked with the Yuzu team - Harry & Benoît - to create our Sales Playbook and build our Sales Machine. I've been really impressed by the work they've delivered under tight deadlines. Harry has provided us with a clear framework and roadmap to build a comprehensive Sales Playbook for our team effectively. On his side, Benoît has enabled us to properly set up Hubspot (as our CRM) and integrate all other processes and tools - like Ops processes with Airtable. I strongly recommend them any project around Sales Playbook and Sales Machine (workspace).

**What do you like best about Yuzu Corp?**

I've particularly enjoyed working with the Yuzu team because of their strong ability to build and execute our project from the ground up. They know how to efficiently frame the project's requirements, roadmap and timeline. Then they've shown great skills in making sure the sales Playbook and the sales machine are delivered on time, with regular check-in meetings with me and the team.

**What do you dislike about Yuzu Corp?**

They're currently improving their sales Playbook templates to reach the best-in-class references in the world.

**What problems is Yuzu Corp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had an issue around how to increase the consistency and efficiency of our sales processes. We'd witnessed great differences across sales individuals in terms of performances and methodologies used. With Yuzu we've aligned on a clear sales Playbook designed with the managers and we've a implemented a new and differentiating sales stack - with a sales engagement platform, data enrichment tools, etc.

I had the pleasure of collaborating with Yuzu Corp to jointly build the sales machine for one of our clients.

Yuzu has a real (and rare) expertise in sales and in constructing a sales process that is:
- Adapted to the client's environment and maturity
- Financially amortizable in the short term (they adopt a true managerial logic to avoid the multiplication of costs (software, hardware, and human) that can strongly impact the ROI of a commercial machine).
- Business-oriented, a sales machine made by Sales for Sales with a growth logic in the market.
- Technical, Yuzu has technically expert collaborators in the implementation and structuring of IT tools, thus facilitating deployment and usage for the client.

It was a pleasure to be able to work alongside them on this mission.

As part of our development, we have decided to place acquisition at the heart of our strategy. Processing, organizing, scheduling, and pacing our Outbound activities was the central point. For this, we initially engaged YUZU CORP to create a playbook aimed at capitalizing on the company's commercial knowledge, reducing the integration time for new employees, and also defining our client acquisition mode in Outbound. Entirely satisfied with the efficiency and results obtained, we once again engaged YUZU CORP to accelerate our market conquest. They deployed a sales engagement tool with us: SalesLoft, which allowed our team to perform quickly.

We did not encounter any difficulties throughout our projects conducted in collaboration with YUZU CORP.

Integration of Hubspot.
I lacked a bit of context and a clear vision on the purpose of all the preliminary actions for the integration of Hubspot. But once that was clarified, the process is well structured and above all, the team is extremely responsive to the slightest requests, and that is really very appreciable!

A&Z's service to help us set up the tools... but also to train us in sales. Very comprehensive, efficient, and considerate.
