What I like best about YunoJuno is how much it simplifies freelancer management in a busy agency environment. Booking freelancers, managing contracts, approving timesheets and tracking costs are all handled in one place, which saves a huge amount of admin time. The UI is clean and easy to navigate, and the platform makes it much quicker to source quality freelance talent when workloads suddenly increase. Honestly, there’s not much I’ve experienced so far that I dislike about YunoJuno. The platform generally does what we need it to do and has made freelancer booking and admin much more efficient. If I had to suggest improvements, I’d say the search/filtering and freelancer availability visibility could be a little more refined when working against tight timelines, but overall my experience has been very positive. Since moving to YunoJuno, our freelance management process has become much smoother and more efficient. The platform has improved visibility across bookings, contracts and freelancer spend, while also reducing the amount of manual admin involved in onboarding and approvals. We’ve also found the support team to be responsive and quick to help when issues or queries arise, which has made a noticeable difference in a fast-paced agency environment. We're new to the platform still but the spend approval and contract set up has a lot of duplicate info you need to fill out and causes blockers for us as we need to wait for several rounds of approvals. Also lack of flexibility to extend or amend bookings, our clients and freelance needs are very reactive and constantly moving so we've not worked out how best to use YJ yet. For harder problems such as VAT Numbers, Finance Documents, Compliance there is a super responsive team who can reach out to the Advisors on our behalf and help remedy any queries. Also appreciate that compliance isn't really something I or YunoJuno can change/circumvent, but is still one of the only bottlenecks I get. The integration to our CRM was quite fiddly for the most-part. The platform offers limited visibility about exception cases or why things sometimes get stuck on errors, forcing us to reach out to support instead of just being able to troubleshoot on our own. It also does not make it very intuitive for freelancers: they accept the booking, but there's no clear indication in the UI that the next step is sending the timesheet. I have to remind freelancers often of that step. And lastly there's not much flexibility with the fields. What do you dislike about YunoJuno? search functionality for finding talent is not great. there are very little effective filters to find specific talent and even though thousands are registered it seems to come up with the same portfolios a lot.
