**What do you like best about YoroCRM?**

The several ways through which YoroCRM helps to collate information regarding customers. This makes it easier to manage the sales because there is no constant bouncing between different applications.

**What do you dislike about YoroCRM?**

The pipeline view is not very clean and does not offer much in the way of customization. This lack of organization means that it becomes difficult to pinpoint the areas that are preventing me from selling more effectively and to streamline my sales process.

**What problems is YoroCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think YoroCRM is much better as it helps to avoid the use of numerous tables and messages in chats. YoroCRM the pipeline filters and make it possible to personalize it, it is a great tool in prioritizing leads, defining the sales opportunities and in general closing more sales.

**What do you like best about YoroCRM?**

It is quite user friendly and easy for me to input or modify customer details on the tool. The pipeline management prescribes a viable way of representing the sales process and identifying the state of deals.

**What do you dislike about YoroCRM?**

I can’t know how specific marketing campaigns are performing or the trends of customer behavior. This absence of detailed reports poses problems in evaluating the sales management efforts and the returns there off.

**What problems is YoroCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The latter has been streamlined by the YoroCRM. Interactions can be tracked effectively, pipelines are easier to manage, and collaborative work is made easier.
