What do you like best about YoroCRM?

The several ways through which YoroCRM helps to collate information regarding customers. This makes it easier to manage the sales because there is no constant bouncing between different applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about YoroCRM?

The pipeline view is not very clean and does not offer much in the way of customization. This lack of organization means that it becomes difficult to pinpoint the areas that are preventing me from selling more effectively and to streamline my sales process. What do you like best about YoroCRM?

It is quite user friendly and easy for me to input or modify customer details on the tool. The pipeline management prescribes a viable way of representing the sales process and identifying the state of deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about YoroCRM?

I can’t know how specific marketing campaigns are performing or the trends of customer behavior. This absence of detailed reports poses problems in evaluating the sales management efforts and the returns there off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
