## About Yolda
Yolda is an AI-native transportation management system (TMS) built for U.S. trucking companies. It brings dispatch, accounting, safety, hiring, driver benefits, and a driver mobile app onto one platform — so carriers can run a load from rate confirmation to POD, invoice it automatically, and see profit per truck without stitching together five separate tools. Yolda is reporting-first. It structures operational data, bonus programs, prepayments, and weekly driver settlements into clear, branded reports. Carriers review and approve each settlement, then pay drivers through their own payroll or bank process and record the payment in Yolda — Yolda never holds or moves the money. Yolda's AI reads rate confirmations and documents to auto-build loads for your approval, tracks CDL, medical card, registration, and inspection expirations before they lapse, and builds IFTA worksheets from the miles and fuel you already track. It integrates with ELDs, fuel and toll providers, factoring, and QuickBooks. Plans are priced by truck count, with unlimited users and drivers on every tier and a free trial that requires no credit card.

**What do you like best about Yolda?**

What I like best about Yolda is that it keeps trucking operations and safety information organized in one place. As a safety specialist, it makes it much easier to track drivers, equipment, documents, expirations, and compliance items without switching between different systems. The platform is simple to use and built around the actual needs of trucking companies.

**What do you dislike about Yolda?**

So far, there is nothing I really dislike about Yolda. Their team works hard and provides real-time support whenever we need help. What I appreciate most is that they actually listen to our feedback and make improvements based on what we need. They continue making the system easier to use and helping us stay organized.

**What problems is Yolda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Yolda, we had to manually check CDL and medical card expiration dates, which took time and made it easier to miss something. Now we receive notifications, which helps us stay ahead of expirations. It also helps us track other safety and compliance documents more accurately, not just CDLs and medical cards. Everything is more organized, easier to monitor, and gives our safety team better control over driver compliance.
