What do you like best about YoHe?

YoHe helps us collect feedback from our users. We regularly measure key metrics - NPS and CES, and use them to develop our products. Due toYoHe is embedded on our website, we can cover the largest number of users and quickly get the necessary samples. And last, but not least we do not waste the resources of our developers for integration, because we can program surveys by ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about YoHe?

Sometimes there are difficulties with programming and setting up the logic of some surveys, but our customer success manager is always ready to help us.

Also we still need to ask our programmers to set up events on our website for some serveys, but it is about 10% of all cases, so it is still the economy of resources. Before using YoHe we needed to set up each survey with help of our programmers, and it it took long time and resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

YoHe is a tool of day-to-day work for companies with a million audience. The solution is for a wide range of tasks related to understanding our clients. First of all, we really enjoyed the trial period with the support of the Yohe team. Since we didn't have a serious research base, any help was very welcome. In fact, designing and launching the surveys turned out to be quite simple and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about YoHe?

Quite a simple tool to use. Still there is a wide range of different options for setting up surveys (logical transitions, all basic types of questions, the ability to link the survey to a certain event or page or user type, etc.). Useful as for permanent feedback collection, as for specific goals like checking special promo pages attractiveness or collecting some knowledge about your audience habits. What do you like best about YoHe?

In general, this is my first experience using such product. We used to believe that working with feedback is for the support team. Surprisingly, YoHe team are involved in the process, unlike other product teams we worked with (though in other areas). I enjoyes how fast you can install the product on the website.

The team gives real tips on how to avoid negativity from users in the feedback, what passive and active feedback is, and so on.

The process does not require a developers team.

There is a version for both the app and the web platform.

What do you dislike about YoHe?

The guys prepare the design of all forms on their own, and it took 3 days. The progress was not transparent, but as a result, the forms look like part of our site. So it’s more like, than dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
