The team’s professionalism and efficiency are outstanding. They made the widget setup process effortless, and the data collection, aggregation, and result presentation are all handled smoothly. **What do you like best about YoHe?**

YoHe helps us collect feedback from our users. We regularly measure key metrics - NPS and CES, and use them to develop our products. Due toYoHe is embedded on our website, we can cover the largest number of users and quickly get the necessary samples. And last, but not least we do not waste the resources of our developers for integration, because we can program surveys by ourselves.

**What do you dislike about YoHe?**

Sometimes there are difficulties with programming and setting up the logic of some surveys, but our customer success manager is always ready to help us. 
Also we still need to ask our programmers to set up events on our website for some serveys, but it is about 10% of all cases, so it is still the economy of resources.  Before using YoHe we needed to set up each survey with help of our programmers, and it it took long time and resources.

YoHe is a tool of day-to-day work for companies with a million audience. The solution is for a wide range of tasks related to understanding our clients. Quick and simple installation and, more importantly, daily use of YoHe does not require involvement of development team. What’s more, сustomer support is quite impressive!

**What do you like best about YoHe?**

First of all, we really enjoyed the trial period with the support of the Yohe team. Since we didn't have a serious research base, any help was very welcome. In fact, designing and launching the surveys turned out to be quite simple and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about YoHe?**

Integrating the platform into our products proved to be somewhat challenging and we had to put in more effort than we expected.

**What problems is YoHe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Yohe for three initial purposes. First and foremost, we wanted to understand how our users were finding our service. We also tried to understand what our customer's goals were. Last but not least was to measure key CX metrics such as NPS, CSAT and CSI.

I cannot mention any disadvantages of the product, as it copes with its task 100%, quickly and efficiently

**What do you like best about YoHe?**

Quite a simple tool to use. Still there is a wide range of different options for setting up surveys (logical transitions, all basic types of questions, the ability to link the survey to a certain event or page or user type, etc.). Useful as for permanent feedback collection, as for specific goals like checking special promo pages attractiveness or collecting some knowledge about your audience habits.

Some features require experience to get used to

**What do you like best about YoHe?**

In general, this is my first experience using such product. We used to believe that working with feedback is for the support team. Surprisingly, YoHe team are involved in the process, unlike other product teams we worked with (though in other areas).  I enjoyes how fast you can install the product on the website.
The team gives real tips on how to avoid negativity from users in the feedback, what passive and active feedback is, and so on.
The process does not require a developers team.
There is a version for both the app and the web platform.
Easy API integration.

**What do you dislike about YoHe?**

The guys prepare the design of all forms on their own, and it took 3 days. The progress was not transparent, but as a result, the forms look like part of our site. So it’s more like, than dislike

**What problems is YoHe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We stopped focusing on experts and started building the product on users' needs.
We got introduced to the VoC methodology and started implementing it in our work

**What do you like best about YoHe?**

I used YoHe at one of my earlier projects as a product designer. It was crucial not just to get the feedback form users, but to find the reasoning to show the team why we made certain decisions. 

With this tool you practically don’t need any help from developers side. And at the same time it helps you find solutions not just for collecting feedback, but also for sorting and analyze.

Plus YoHe team is very helpful with everything. It was a great experience. I can definitely recommend them.

**What do you dislike about YoHe?**

I wish there was more data that would help to dig deeper in the feedback. Like screen recordings or user error log. But I know that the team had this in their plan for future updates.

**What problems is YoHe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Helps to find the right reasoning for your team

- Highlights the issues inside CJM (web and app)

- It is possible to organize a research on large groups of website or app users

- You can find respondents right inside the product

- No need to sort feedback manually, everything is done inside the platform

- It is easy to prepare reports and analysis for different members of your team

**What do you like best about YoHe?**

I had a great experience working with the YoHe team. Firstly, we took a pilot project to check if Yohe is a good fit. It took 3 stages: feedback collection, processing, and analysis.  YoHe Team helped us at every stage of creating the surveys. Firstly, they learned about our goals, gave recommendations on how to achieve them. The customer success manager set up all surveys, all we had to do was confirm. Our CSM also set up a text analysis system, so all the feedback we gathered was classified. This was a new experience for us, and we liked it.

**What do you dislike about YoHe?**

This is not a tool to mindlessly launch a survey, you have to put in the effort. But in general, the integration is not difficult, rather the preparation for the pilot is more complex.

The team is extremely involved! Now we are aware of our clients' pains and found quite a few growth points for our website.

**What do you like best about YoHe?**

They didn’t just give us a tool to use, but also helped us to promote VoC ideas inside our team. While using YoHe we learned how to make decisions based on the feedback.

We also liked the interface which is very easy to use when creating a survey. Same for the web and app integration - no difficulties. There are also lots of metrics you can choose and a flexible constructor. You can create any form you like in minutes. 

The Customer Success team is the best. They are really involved in all our tasks and issues.

The app integration is a bit more complicated than web, but it’s more about in-app limitations than the platform.

- We can use all kinds of loyalty metrics and get valuable insights from them

- It helped us to connect the problems we found with financial side

We have been working with Yohe for a long time. I would like to emphasize such points as: 
1. Intuitive and easy-to-use interface for creating surveys. 
2. Ability to collect the base of interviewees for future face to face interviews, directly from our mobile app. 
3. Strong support from the CS team. 
4. Wide opportunities for feedback analysis, including tabular data. 
5. Yohe team was extremely helpful with frameworks and research methods, which help us to improve our CX.

it isn’t cheap, but it's worth it
if something happens, our dedicated manager from YoHe very quickly helps to resolve all emerging issues

We stopped arguing inside the team.
All of our questions and hypotheses can now be tested with Yohe. 
We saved the budget on the base of interviewees.

The best part about YoHe is the Team. They are competent, extremely involved and are always ready to help find the best solution to a problem.

At  this point I have yet to find something to dislike

YoHe helps us find feedback where it's hard to do so. We don't have to waste any resources on developing out own solution. YoHe turned out to be a perfect solution for collecting feedback, analytics. The interface is untuitive, so it's easy to tackle even difficult tasks. It's a really reliable partner.

**What do you like best about YoHe?**

Easy and convenient website integration. In a few hours, we got the first responses and saw the first value from using Yohe. I have appreciated the ability to ask a user and be sure the user won't be asked the second time. So I don't worry our surveys will cause irritation.

It was not easy to agree on a budget, but now there is no doubt the product is worth it

We have identified a lot of bugs with Yohe that were impacting the user experience and are now solved.

I like that YoHe team is very opened to everything and they are great experts in their field. All the improvements and new features are always implemented very fast and all of the client needs are always taken into considiration.

With YoHe we could get the feedback in real time and connect with our clients. We could track loyalty metrics permanently as well as find the points where we could improve the numbers. We also used the platform to find respondents for our UX researcges from our loyal group of customers

I've been working with YoHe for almost a year now. I really enjoy how quick they are to respond to my needs and their help with launching surveys. Also, they are ready to tailor the platform to their customers' needs, and are always curious about my experience with the platform.

Data export could be improved, so that the tags are not in diffenet columns of the table.

The most valuable thing is that we can ask the question in the right place and at the right time: to match the user's action that we need.

It is important that the survey interface looks very neat, user friendly and organic, because it is customised to the style of the site.

And Yohe has a very cool team: competent, open and willing to share experience to help gather the most useful feedback.

There is no survey by sms-messages but its needed.

Easy way to collect fast data for research or to make research about our users! Friendly support team!

**What do you dislike about YoHe?**

May be ot would be better to make broader possibilities of questionaires and to add fast-analisys with small dashboard for 5-point scales like it is for NPS-questions

Usually I make monitorings or small questionaires about our platform, because this is the easiest way to find our audience. And usually I finish my researches in 1 week

it’s a bit difficult to integrate this tool into huge ecosystems like Avito, but the guys in YoHe are trying to make it as seamless as possible and not take extra in-house development sources.

It's a perfect instrument to understand users opinion quickly. Nocode platform allows product managers to make a survey and understand users' thoughts regarding any question.

Cannot find out any disadvantages because the instrument is clear and very helpful

You have to purchase a plan to test and analyze the rersults of the surveys. Not suitable for a small businesses.
