**What do you like best about Irwin?**

Irwin has been helpful in managing investor activities and targeting new investors. Getting to know research reports, holders, especially buyers, sellers and movers of both my organization and my peers is one of the best things of Irwin.

**What do you dislike about Irwin?**

There are some features of Irwin that my organization being in India cannot use. This is something that I understand but dislike. I would want them to expand in these features.

**What problems is Irwin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mulltiple problems are being solves. One of them is managing activities and flagging our work to the management. which is now much easier. Also, to contact investors, we easily get their profile and email so we can send them a message if required.

**What do you like best about Irwin?**

I like that Irwin constantly updates their database and finds new information associated with profiles, companies, and other aspects. This makes it easier for users to access further information.

**What do you dislike about Irwin?**

One downside of Irwin is within the money flows section, as I feel there could be added features to enhance users' experience. Allowing users' current location to show on the platform should easily lead them to see what is around them!

**What problems is Irwin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Irwin is solving the time management problem for users since the platform is fast and has a lot of information. Instead of going to three to four sites to locate information, Irwin has it within their platform.

The IRWIN platform is easy to use and contains abundant relevant information.  It is easy to expert to excel, to create pivot tables and much more. love its simplicity

**What do you dislike about Irwin?**

The way we use outlook calendar integration is not helpful. This is a specific issue for our company, it would be nice when creating an activity if it was blank.

They are a CRM database that helps us identify the potential of the companies we consult with.  The nature of our business is such that the activity reports help ensure we are within all legal and ethical guidelines.

**What do you like best about Irwin?**

The quick turnaround for questions asked, training requests, and feedback for product change suggestions. My experience with the Irwin team has been filled with patience. I would recommend this platform to those eager to learn about the industry.

**What do you dislike about Irwin?**

The platform is still evolving in the function and user experience realms. Those who aren't tech-savvy may be frustrated with the changes. Thus far, the updates are making the IRM experience easier to navigate - in my experience

**What problems is Irwin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of all interactions and then turning those into visual analytics to use with clients - versus making them from scratch. Being able to pull relevant data to my specific industry quickly for research makes use of my finite time versus finding information manually. Irwin allows me to work smarter.

**What do you like best about Irwin?**

Irwin have a great customer support network. They reach out with updates, regular training and suggestions to improve your experience, customized to your company.

**What do you dislike about Irwin?**

It would be great if the platform integrated with our CRM; Insightly. Other than that, we have not found any flaws in the Irwin platform so far. It has been a great resource to our team.

**What problems is Irwin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were commonly running across old contact information that were leading us to dead ends. Irwin is great at updating information frequently to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information.

**What do you like best about Irwin?**

Integration with our existing email and calendar applications makes for an integrated CRM offering.

**What do you dislike about Irwin?**

To date, the only complaint would be that their North American location makes for a slight delay in responding to Asian customers. But even at that, the customer service has been very proactive.

Allows us complete access to the investor/shareholder data services within our existing workflows, meaning we are more readily aware of the historical background and shareholding activity in the appropriate context.

Further, before meeting any investor we can see its investing style and holdings which make us more prepared.

Irwin is a great contact management tool; I can keep up with contacts and stock info from each company without using multiple platforms.

**What do you dislike about Irwin?**

I dislike the new drop-down menu. It doesn't allow for the same editing style as it did previously.

Every time I have an issue. Irwin quickly responds and offers to set up a zoom call to fix the problem, and I appreciate this.

How quickly the staff respond to queries or requested changes. Also, training was very thorough.

The system is intuitive.  Gained back hours in my month because I no longer have to waste time hunting and pecking trying to find something.   The ability to customize your experience by choosing what you see on pages and in what order is incredibly helpful - we each have different ideas on what is important.  And the TEAM!

I have not found anything to dislike yet.

**Recommendations to others considering Irwin:**

If you're tired of wasting time on an IRM and targeting platform that doesn't deliver useful and actionable results, and you want a user experience similar to your consumer experiences, Irwin is the place to be!  Plus, everyone at Irwin is just so nice!

**What problems is Irwin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More user-friendly CRM and investor targeting platform.  I'm using this platform significantly more often than my previous platform vendor.  Also love that we can pull in NOBOs on a regular basis.  Helps to understand who really is in the stock, given positions may be spread across multiple accounts.

I would like to upload large Excel lists of activities rather than entering them in one at a time.

Not the most user-friendly interface, and the notes are not something I found more useful than keeping an excel doc on client interactions.

The support I get from Irwin Assistant!
For example, being able to upload investor files from a raw format - makes my job easier and also
makes it more likely that I will use Irwin.

The interface should allow broad search and not by category.
This means I have to search for the same company or name in multiple categories before I can see all
of the interactions that I've had with this investor.

Get the training early! It's a powerful tool if you know how to use it.

**What problems is Irwin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better segmentation of our investor base so we can organize our communication more effectively with them. E.g. giving attention to the ones that need it most and recognizing general communication preferences or likelihood of investment.

The platform has a lot of features but is surprisingly easy to get the hang of the layout and use the features. Really like the targeting aspect.

**What do you dislike about Irwin?**

The cost is pretty hefty for a solo IR consultant. Seems there should be a tiered pricing system where larger IR firms pay higher prices vs. smaller and solo.

The targeting aspect is a big one. Unfortunately, the overall market conditions have been a hindrance to outreach engagement, but nothing anyone can control.

the drop downs at the top were confusing at first, but i think i get around well enough on it now.

Irwing provides a fast, effective data resource to understand who owns the stock and who we should be targeting for the future. The lookup and peer targeting tools are well done, providing clear, accurate results to guide our IR program.

An integrated email client is the only thing Irwin could use to be even better, enabling larger email distributions from within the platform.

Irwin has improved our targeting ability to identify the right funds and professional to speak to about our equity. We have expanded our targeting universe and improved the quality of those targets, leading to a better institutional ownership in the stock.

**What do you like best about Irwin?**

Irwin is great at tracking meetings, and they help set everything up, providing significant time savings. Next is the filtering of potential investors based on our peers and industry, very effective and very accurate from what I can see. They are also great at doing updates based on the info you provide, so it is a live database. The reporting is good, but needs some improvement for those companies also getting the additional NOBO reporting. The interface is pretty easy to navigate when inputting information.

**What do you dislike about Irwin?**

Mainly having to click through to find where my notes are from meetings. I should be able to access them not just from the person but also from the company. It would save me a bit of time in finding the history if all the options were available at both levels. The reporting needs a bit of work in terms of the details I can get, as mentioned above.

**Recommendations to others considering Irwin:**

I would recommend making sure you have all the relevant input into Irwin and keep it very up to date to make the most out of it. Review your peer groupings regularly and think about sector and region.

**What problems is Irwin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly keeping track of who we have met and their interest levels in the company. It has been great for follow up, but I need to use the communications component better though.

We tend to use the meeting preparation tool the most - ability to pull investor profiles, fund holdings and track meetings. We also really like the holding movement features and the quarterly reporting functionality.

**What do you dislike about Irwin?**

USD reporting is our biggest dislike given we're a Canadian operator.

**Recommendations to others considering Irwin:**

Understand your organizational needs. Irwin's support team is very helpful at finding solutions within their software or taking comments back to make future changes to the platform. It feels very much like a working relationship, so the more you understand about what your organization needs, the more help Irwin can provide.

**What problems is Irwin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Touched on above, but the ability to track our meetings in a very efficient and organized way has been very helpful. It's also very helpful to see our peer ownerships and target questions during investor meetings to better understand why certain funds may hold larger positions in our peers than us, etc.

Irwin makes my job easier by combining investor research and my IRM within a straightforward tool. The Irwin team has been very responsive when I have questions, and they have been proactive in showing me new features as they are developed. They genuinely listen to user feedback and regularly add updates and features to meet the needs of users.

**What do you dislike about Irwin?**

In some instances, navigation for specific tasks may not be entirely intuitive, but often this is overcome with more use of the tool.  I have been a user for a few years and have seen improvements in this during that time.

**What problems is Irwin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Irwin regularly to research investors, and it saves me a lot of time. I no longer need to find investors in my calendar or email or go through spreadsheets to determine their position in our stock, it's all one place within Irwin.

Dashboard, Suggested investors with the fit score. As well as the ability to track investors and tag with events or occurrences.  Most of all the organization of NOBO lists into a meaningful format.

**What do you dislike about Irwin?**

More custom reporting would be better for monthly reports to management.

**Recommendations to others considering Irwin:**

Don't waste your time in excel spreadsheets to track activities and outlook for all your contacts and cards.  IRWIN has you covered with much more including suggested investors, loads of investor contacts, peer comparisons, and information.  Not to mention the ability to make sense of NOBO lists and shareholder analyst tracking.  The time you save more than covers the cost of the product.

Keeping better track of shareholders and those whom we have met.  Finding new targeted opportunities that have all the contact info to reach out

**What do you like best about Irwin?**

The Irwin platform is set up as a one-stop-shop between building schedules, looking up investor profiles and sending/tracking client communication. Love that the itinerary schedule builder can automatically output investor profiles based on the meetings entered. It saves us a step! Our sales team has used Irwin as a way to identify buyside leads for our mining-focused corporate clients. The investor profile output option is great in that you can choose to include or exclude your team notes and activity logs. We have been continuously seeing new product updates from Irwin based on our feedback.

**What do you dislike about Irwin?**

Itinerary builder needs to allow for different time zones and allocate areas for feedback or post-meeting notes vs. pre-meeting notes. Would be helpful if the itinerary builder could output schedules in word or excel in order to have editing capabilities.

**What problems is Irwin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am currently working with Irwin to identify what should be considered as first and second level priorities in the updates for the itinerary/schedule builder. Also working with the development team to identify what needs to be captured on the backend of itinerary schedules from a reporting standpoint.

**What do you like best about Irwin?**

It's just so easy to use. We can find out who our large shareholders are, how they're buying or selling stock, and who could be a potential shareholder of our in the future. Managing the conversations we have with investors is also such a strong point, as its easier to keep things going as employees come and go.

**What do you dislike about Irwin?**

None. The team at IRWIN consistently ping us with new features that we didn't think we would need, but then can't live without. They do a great job of walking our team through new developments and features.

**What problems is Irwin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small-mid cap public company, we face the difficult task of managing shareholders, whether they be ETFs, institutional investors or large HNWs. Finding out who your main investors are, how they've trended in terms of buying/selling, and how to create an outreach program is always top of mind, especially in a volatile market.

Not always clear how rankings work and where AUM is pulled from.  Would be great to have more discrete AUM for funds within larger fund companies and a way to utilize notes better

Iriwn is a very strong tool in any investor relations program.  Not only does it allow for well designed and organized contact management, the extensive database of investors is a  valuable resource  to help target new pools of capital.

Better organization and management of investor database and targeting of new investors are the new primary goals.  Have begun to realize both in small ways but require more investment from our side in cleaning up and presenting unified approach to contact management

I am a big fan of the Dashboard.  It has all relevant information needed on a daily basis.  It saves me time going from site to site.

**What do you dislike about Irwin?**

So far, I just don't like that when it populates SEC filings, it doesn't say which issuer it is from.  Addiontlaly, when sensing a larger email blast I like to keep it personalized.  That can be done through Outlook, but takes time. Larger blasts are fed through MailChimp.

**Recommendations to others considering Irwin:**

I would recommend signing up, period.  I'v used other platforms out there and this is the best.

**What problems is Irwin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer need to search different sites for news, trading and SEC filings.

It has been the CRM and email distribution and tracking, allowing us to track our IR activity with each contact and distribute our Investor Newsletters to seelct contacts.

The email formatting has been very clunky and I am looking forward to being able to build our Newsletters in HTML format.

We are maintaining our contacts in one database, tracking all of our IR activity effortlessly, and distributing our investor email newsletter within the platform. Irwin is an excellent platform that balances intelligence and organization to help us most efficiently maintain relationships, identify new opportunities and track our efforts. It is a simple, user-friendly, and yet still a very capable platform with a great depth of information and functions. I always feel supported by the team at Irwin and that they genuinely want to make my life easier through the capabilities of the platform. The addition of the Irwin Mobile App ensures that I always have the information that I need at my fingertips.

Like any platform, Irwin has it's limitations but they have always been very welcoming to my feedback and it is clear they value growth and are open to continuing to develop to make the user experience as efficient and rewarding as possible.

Three thoughts, all minor:
1) Could do with a little more sorting and filtering functionality, eg. in the targeting results screen.  
2) Also would prefer to not have to specify a location when doing targeting searches (ideal if worldwide was an option).
3) It's not always easy to determine which Portfolio Manager is associated with which fund.  Tends to be an iterative process to figure it out.

We would like to see the report activities a bit more user-friendly. I find it a bit difficult to navigate at this moment in time.

when tying in a peer company name, you get the corporate page of the company with share price and holders (which is good) but not the personnel of the company who are on a separate page for the company as if it was an investor.  would be good to have all that information under the one company page.

There is a robust offering of capabilities that are intuitive and truly helpful for the execution of my job. I'm fairly new to the platform but I am impressed with what's under the hood already and look forward to Irwin becoming better with every iteration.

No major complaints. As with all newer SaaS, there is always room for refinement. There are some low-hanging standard "CRM" features that aren't yet available (though it's apparent that they are continuing to implement changes).

I am establishing a system that allows me to have all the information, tasks, and research related to my IR role in one place. I look forward to leveraging all of this to be more effective.
