YMtech came into our office and was able to successfully learn our current processes and limitations (in a very quick timeline) and begin setting up our move to Teamwork. They got us both setup online and ran tutorials to help train all our staff. Furthermore, they were extremely responsive and involved to give users with elevated requirements the knowledge they needed to lead their respective teams through the change. I was an elevated user (one of the main internal educators) and their proactivity and efficiency was fantastic. **What do you like best about YMtech Aust PTY LTD?** YMtech's care, involvement and responsiveness were exceptional. They fulfilled their requirements but helped to reduce the pain points of change. **What do you dislike about YMtech Aust PTY LTD?** There was honestly nothing to dislike in my experience. They couldn't have done any more than what they did. **What problems is YMtech Aust PTY LTD solving and how is that benefiting you?** We worked to solve gaps in communication and help project more realistic timelines. Our development crossfunctionally is very complex and the implementation of teamwork and the change management has helped us understand alternative team requirements and reduce delays, being proactive and not reactive. ### 2. Given this is a 4 year project, it was a mammoth task to actually breakdown the various functional areas of our Games planning into a logical milestones and task lists. **What do you like best about YMtech Aust PTY LTD?** Yuri was fantastic in sitting down with our staff to understand our business, and the planning for the Games. He made numerous visits to our Sydney office, to engage in face to face meetings, as well as providing an intensive 4-day training to our staff. Yuri response time to any queries or support was very prompt, and even made arrangements when he or I were overseas to assist with troubleshooting and assistance. **What do you dislike about YMtech Aust PTY LTD?** The only challenge we faced was the fact that Yuri is based in Melbourne and our business is in Sydney. We would have benefited a bit more with this project if we had the luxury of having more face to face contact with Yuri. **Recommendations to others considering YMtech Aust PTY LTD:** YM Tech offered more support to us, than the official Teamwork support team based in Ireland. Hands down, there is no better way to engage than through face to face contact. Yuri was very thorough in understanding our business and project outcomes, in order to best help us set up Teamwork for our Games planning. **What problems is YMtech Aust PTY LTD solving and how is that benefiting you?** Yuri was able to offer his expertise and advice across other platform solutions. We investigated different ways of how to integrate Outlook and Monday into Teamwork. This is still ongoing, as we continue the progress of our project. ### 3.
