What do you like best about Yardi Kube?

It nominally functions from a member-facing perspective and can sync to Yardi Voyager products for larger commercial property managers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yardi Kube?

Where do I begin, we ran with this service only for a handful of months after leaving Cobot because it wasn't robust enough, and it brought our business to our knees. It was clunky to use, hard to integrate with other providers, features and UI were half baked, and it generally dragged behind the times on modern UI standards. Support seemed like they were clueless too and gave us the biggest runarounds of our lives when we wanted basic answers.

We terminated use SOOOO fast and switched to OfficeRnD. While that software didn't have a native integrations with Voyager, it was worlds better, and they never stop developing new features. Flee from this product fast and just choose OfficeRnD. You'll thank me later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yardi Kube?

It is very user friendly. You have the ability to book, change, and cancel appointments with ease. Their customer support team is the best!! They answer you within minutes and there is nothing that they cant assist you with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yardi Kube?

I have come across a few problems at the end of the month when it comes to checking invoices. There have been a few times that members have been double charged or some other kind of mistake as popped up. Also would be nice if there was an app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yardi Kube?

The ease of booking reservations and or editing them surpassed my expectations. Monthly invoices should be checked ahead of time ( before they go out ) to ensure they are all correct but other than that KUBE is great. Especially their Customer Service team. What do you dislike about Yardi Kube?

I find it a little difficult to export reports into a PDF, but I’m sure this is something that’ll be fixed in future updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
