Where do I begin, we ran with this service only for a handful of months after leaving Cobot because it wasn't robust enough, and it brought our business to our knees. It was clunky to use, hard to integrate with other providers, features and UI were half baked, and it generally dragged behind the times on modern UI standards. Support seemed like they were clueless too and gave us the biggest runarounds of our lives when we wanted basic answers.
We terminated use SOOOO fast and switched to OfficeRnD. While that software didn't have a native integrations with Voyager, it was worlds better, and they never stop developing new features. Flee from this product fast and just choose OfficeRnD. You'll thank me later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
