Can i get notifications of when a poll is being answered and the progress made based on the number of users that have submitted their answers to determine percentages of participation?
There is an option to create a poll so you know your audience's opinions but I'm unsure as to where or not we can get notifications and see the progress made in regards to the participation of the intended audience.

How would I go about creating a new community? And is there a way to invite people to join?
If you wanted to create a new yammer community, would it have to be approved? Who could join?

Yammer and Office integration
How seamless is Yammer's integration with the Office suite of products? We've used other vendors like Jive, Chatter and others in the past, but its integration with Microsoft interests me.
