It accurately automates and closes the loop on meaningful work, like capturing accurate meeting notes and Action Items, holding teams accountable for meeting task completion, scheduling meetings, managing priorities, and optimizing schedules. Xembly works primarily through two means: 1) The Xembly Extension - The Xembly Chrome Extension works alongside your Google Calendar. 2) Xena - Your dedicated AI assistant with natural language capabilities who works across Slack and the Xembly Extension. ## Xembly Reviews ### 1. With a quick command, I can set time blocks for tasks or focus work, or schedule meetings, turning to-dos and intentions into scheduled action. This ensures I consistently meet both tasks and synchronous commitments. **What do you dislike about Xembly?** Less a drawback, more an opportunity: Customizable settings for particular workflows and types. Fro example, task-block configurations would elevate the tool for those of us who utilize a "time block" approach in how we work. The ability to create multiple time blocks for a single task entry will be great (currently, each time block corresponds to an individual task list item even if those time blocks are for the same "task" ). This feature is in development, but when available, it will enhance workflow optimization. **What problems is Xembly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Xembly eradicates the scheduling headache by autonomously setting appointments based on specified timing criteria, like 'ASAP' or 'next week.' Xembly even manages rescheduling based on collective input from attendees. This frees my time and energy for focus on high-impact tasks. Additionally, Xembly ensures that nothing slips through the cracks by consistently slotting block time for specific tasks into my schedule until marked complete. ### 2. After meetings happen Xembly produces a realy solid summary and captures all of the action items. We can focus my time on the meeting itself and not writing down action items! **What do you dislike about Xembly?** As a new platform there are some hiccups from time to time and a few features that haven't been fully released yet (like the ability to add to a meeting you don't own) but the updates so far have been great. **What problems is Xembly solving and how is that benefiting you?** I save time scheduling meetings. When I'm in meetings I no longer have to listen intently for action items, I can focus on managing the meeting itself. Sharing meeting summaries, notes, and actions is very simply and save us a lot of time. ### 4.
