xDeskPro Reviews & Product Details

xDeskPro is modern desking and CRM software built for auto dealerships that want cleaner pencils, faster quotes, and a more straightforward workflow from first touch to funded deal. Dealers use xDeskPro to structure leases and finance offers, compare lender programs in real-time, and send accurate, easy-to-read proposals to shoppers. The desking engine models payments the way desk managers work. Build multiple scenarios side by side, apply rebates and incentives, handle multi-state taxes and fees, and manage residuals and money factors with full audit history. Save and recall lender structures, add backend products, and lock numbers so sales and F&I stay aligned. One click creates a clean pencil with buyer, vehicle, term, and pricing that a customer can understand in seconds. xDeskPro includes an integrated automotive CRM for teams. Capture and route leads, set follow-ups, and see pipeline health at a glance. Smart tasks keep reps on schedule, while management views highlight aging opportunities, appointment show rates, and closing performance. Migration from legacy systems is straightforward. Many stores choose xDeskPro as a replacement for legacy desking or an alternative. xDeskPro is a cloud-based, mobile-friendly solution designed for speed, with no extensive training required. No clutter. The industry standard in desking, with a CRM that gets better every week. If your goal is to achieve more accurate results, fewer rewrites, and happier customers, xDeskPro delivers.
