Brilliant features and lots of apps used for variety of functions. **What do you dislike about XanPay?** Nothing as of now because there's so much to explore. **What problems is XanPay solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a complete payment solution that's designed to cater your needs and requirements. It allows users to have a suitable payment gateway as per their needs and businesses. ### 2. We're an e-commerce business that has a big customer base in Asia and integrating XanPay allowed us to provide our customers the option to pay using local payment methods. Not only has it made it easier for our customers but also the competitive rates for payment processing has allowed us to invest more into our marketing in the region and grow commercially. Highly recommended for other ecomm businesses! **What do you dislike about XanPay?** We're not a very tech-savvy operator so the dashboard can sometimes be a little overwhelming when trying to look for things. Would be nice to have a "lite" mode for those who are just looking to get access to the simple reports without getting distracted by the other bells and whistles. Otherwise 10/10! Customer service was great too! **What problems is XanPay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing our customers in Asia with more payment options. We have customers without access to credit cards and have been asking for local payment options. XanPay has solved this for us —for the entire region! Saving us time and the setup of different payment processors in local markets. The biggest benefit for us is saving on payment processing fees and being able to reinvest the savings in our marketing in the local region. ### 3. As a merchant, this definitely saved me a lot of the high card fees, so I have moved the option to the top. Would recommend to any business to add XanPay on top of your other payment options. **What do you dislike about XanPay?** Nothing major. I had some questions on payments for certain countries initially, but the support was very helpful and quick to respond. **What problems is XanPay solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wanted to add APMs on top of my other payment methods to see if it works better in Asian markets compared to cards. Pretty interesting to see the orders picked up across 3 new markets within a week's of implementation. Excited to do some marketing and scale the business! ### 4. This means that my customers across APAC can pay with familiar payment tools like local e-wallets/banks/ect...
