**What do you like best about Firefly?**

Firefly is my go to research for looking upp businesses before mapping out my cold call route. Firefly helps me filter down places that refines what I am looking for in a business and one that fits into the demographics. It also provides unique information about the surrounding business area including avg income, age demographics, etc.

**What do you dislike about Firefly?**

There are things that I wish could be added to the filters like eliminating chains or separating from frachises. I wish I could create a list on firefly or checkmark to places I've been.

**What problems is Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Refining the types of businesses I am looking to cold call or visit based on the area and the filters I select. i.e. - annual sales, independent vs multisite, type of restaurant or hospitality.

**What do you like best about Firefly?**

Call recording takes place and entire meeting is noted. Easily integrated to any meeting by adding the bot to the invite and process commences as soon as the call starts. Transcripts are sent to participant as set in the settings.

**What do you dislike about Firefly?**

This can process only English and processes dialect of native English speakers only. So certain words/transcription do come out correctly and will need manual edits to make it intelligible. Further users need to speak clearly to ensure the correct context is captured

**What problems is Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Note taking on longer calls is the primary objective. No need to listen to the call recording. MoM is easily prepared by scanning through the transcript notes

**What do you like best about Firefly?**

I do like how user-friendly it is. Accessing to necessarry files are easy. The interface is designed well as eye follows without confussion. Split screen option is little bit confusing

**What do you dislike about Firefly?**

When I use split screen, it can be little confusing.

**What problems is Firefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

W-2 forms. It is easy to access.
