I first dipped my toe in the water of Session Lab four years ago when I was thinking of creating some workshops. I can't remember why I stopped using them, but when my colleague said his team was using them, and we could collaborate there, I hopped in, and realized this was an answer to so many issues I was having: time management, sharing easily with others, combining a lot of information quickly into one space. The interface is very easy to use, with drag & drop actions, yet very powerful when you start using the various features. By using categories, sections and days, you can easily plan your training sessions. The library is also an invaluable tool to build a set of exercices and training content that you can reuse, for example if you have the same training in different formats.
