**What do you like best about Wrapped Gift Cards?**

The team is incredibly hands-on, responsive, and easy to work with. They made our transition from another platform seamless and supported us every step of the way. We also love that they offer both digital and physical gift cards with full customisation, which suits our brand perfectly as a pizzeria. It’s been very easy to integrate into our website for online purchases, and the Lightspeed integration is a huge plus. Being able to offer gift cards redeemable across all four of our stores has been a big improvement for us.

**What do you dislike about Wrapped Gift Cards?**

We haven’t experienced any issues so far, everything has been smooth and well supported.

**What problems is Wrapped Gift Cards solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrapped helped us move from a less efficient system to a more streamlined platform that integrates with Lightspeed. It allows us to manage gift cards more easily and offer a consistent experience across all four locations, which has improved both our operations and customer experience.

Wrapped ties our Point of Sale to our E-Commerce and makes our gift cards and credits connect seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Wrapped Gift Cards?**

There could be better search and filter options in their account management software.

**What problems is Wrapped Gift Cards solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrapped ties our Point of Sale to our E-Commerce and makes our gift cards and credits connect seamlessly. We have not been able to do that between the two separate platforms we use.
We now have a tool that links the Gift card and credits and makes our cards and more appealing product.
