The team is incredibly hands-on, responsive, and easy to work with. They made our transition from another platform seamless and supported us every step of the way. We also love that they offer both digital and physical gift cards with full customisation, which suits our brand perfectly as a pizzeria. It’s been very easy to integrate into our website for online purchases, and the Lightspeed integration is a huge plus. We have not been able to do that between the two separate platforms we use. We now have a tool that links the Gift card and credits and makes our cards and more appealing product.
