Some standout features: Relevancy Check – Automatically assesses whether a profile matches the JD, saving you valuable time. Analytics & Insights – Easily track your hiring pipeline with interactive charts and graphs. Engaging UI – Unlike traditional ATS platforms, it offers a visually appealing interface with multiple color options and the ability to customize the job board background with wallpapers of your choice. **What do you dislike about Tacitbase?** The email feature is excellent, you can send JDs to candidates directly from the job board without opening Gmail or sending them manually. However, it could be improved by making it more automated, allowing customized JDs to be generated with just one click. **What problems is Tacitbase solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tacitbase helps me cut down the time spent on manually reviewing resumes by automatically checking if a candidate matches the job description when they apply to the job from any site. The analytics and insights make it easy to track my hiring pipeline with clear, interactive charts. Plus, the UI is a breath of fresh air compared to traditional ATS platforms, it’s visually engaging, with multiple color options for labels, which are very much useful to manage candidates and even the ability to customize the job board background(My most loved thing). AI Job-post creation: We have to just provide prompt about the role and JD is created with AI and available for your review and posting. 2. Integration with multiple job post platforms: The hassle of posting job on multiple platform is completely taken by this feature which saves lot of time. 3. Branded Career page: All Job posting at one place, helps candidates to apply the position which they are looking for and more importantly it gets saved in corresponding talent pool for easy reference at recruiter side. 4.Scheuling the interview: Scheduling an interview is 2 minutes work. The candidate details are pre-populated and just interviewer details to be added. 5. Slack Integration - Slack notification for every update related to candidate, makes it very easy to keep track of in-progress candidates 6. The resume parser: It captures all details with just one click making the process of adding candidate to the database an easy task. 2. Creating a job Description : Whether you have the JD handy or no, the AI feature helps you create a perfect JD in just few seconds. 3. Candidate cards : It looks innovative and playful to use individual candidate cards and you can find all the details in one place. It feels like a mini box of information regarding an individual and i don't have to scroll through number of emails for that data. 4. Last but the most important , any issue with the software just raise a ticket and the team works on it to make sure your work is not interrupted in any manner. And most importantly their support team is incredible, they will help you over email and teach you how to use tacitbase software effectively.
