What do you like best about Workload?

I looked at several automation platforms and I couldn't find a solution to automate two platforms, no other services offered it. At the time, Workload didn't either, but after speaking with Bryan about my problem, he was able to make a problem into a solution. Their support is top-notch; Bryan was nice, personable, and cared about the project I was working on. It's hard to find this with a bigger company's support. What problems is Workload solving and how is that benefiting you?

I manage a Recruiting team, and we were looking to automate some steps in our on-site interview process. These were particularly manual steps that I believed could be automated with the right technology, and Workload was able to create a solution that we used to save time in preparing for every on-site interview (average of ~15/week).
