I like the fact that it has made things easier. Earlier it used to be a whole thing to get a guest registered and invited. Now things are very easy. Pre-registration takes care of a lot of it. Things which were only handled once the visitor was in the office like sharing them the wifi details, guiding them to a parking space, now gets handled before hand with pre-registrations which is just easier. The intelligent scheduling part is what actually got me hooked on this tool. It doesnt just let you pick a random office day, it looks at who else on your team is already coming in, room and desk availability, and suggests days that actually make sense instead of you having to figure that out yourself. took a bit of trial and error to get the suggestions to actually reflect our team's real constraints, like our manager only being in office 2 specific days. once we set that properly it got a lot better but the first couple weeks the suggestions were kind of generic. We don’t have a single blanket hybrid policy. Sales has to come in four days a week, engineering only two, and our customer support teams work on a shift system. WorkInSync’s AI lets me allocate desks and manage both the shifts and the days each team needs to come in. Smooth experience. AI features are well thought and helpful, I use them frequently. The room suggestions gives good suggestions based on what I need. So while I’m setting up a meeting, the options that show up first are almost always the ones I book. I think WorkInSync’s meeting room booking is extremely smooth. Overall, I never had to spend more than a minute making a booking. Desk allocation is something I find very useful. The team has put in a lot of thought into what features to develop and that’s really wonderful. We’ve been growing pretty consistently as a company and one thing I did notice is that finding space didn’t become more difficult even thought a lot of new people joined. I think our facilities team managed it pretty well using this app, it was a really good decision on their part. Our campus has four buildings connected by walkways, and it’s genuinely confusing—even after working here for a year. The indoor mapping actually covers all the buildings properly, not just the one you start in, so if a meeting is in a completely different block, it simply routes me there without me having to ask which building the room is even in. Wayfinding is a very cool thing. Once I've made a booking, the app shows me the route to my desk. Our building has two wings and four floors and I genuinely used to lose track.
