Need supervisor to do so. **What problems is WorkforceHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Employees are able to clock in and out for offsite jobs. ### 2. Easy for tracking clock-ins/outs as well as review vacation requests and accruals **What do you dislike about WorkforceHub?** I would like to see the “conditionally approved” feature be improved. Currently it doesn’t really alert the employee that an additional step is needed to complete the approval so it sits as “pending”. **Recommendations to others considering WorkforceHub:** Quick and easy to teach other staff how to use. **What problems is WorkforceHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can now have real-time overtime tracking of employees across multiple locations. ### 3. We are spread out across 15 states so this makes keeping time organized. **What do you dislike about WorkforceHub?** Doesn't perform payroll accounting. We have lots of allocations and have to manually process those. **Recommendations to others considering WorkforceHub:** Check in to compatibility with your HRIS before making a decision. **What problems is WorkforceHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Speeds up payroll process and makes timekeeping more accurate. ### 5. Also exporting reports is relatively easy compared to other softwares. **What problems is WorkforceHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** The app is imperative for keeping track of hours in order to run payroll correctly. I like that we can set up supervisors relatively easy. ### 6. It's easy to use and will help you out a lot in the long run. **What problems is WorkforceHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking time for hourly employees is much easier when using this program. ### 7. With the data being available online, our individual accountant can then access this for payroll processing without us having to mail him our time cards. **What do you dislike about WorkforceHub?** The time entries are only transmitted from the SwipeClock memory to TimeWorks Plus once a day. I can not view live tracking for which employee are clocked in at any given time. This may be available through TimeWorks Plus, but not on the model we have. **What problems is WorkforceHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously I was having to hunt down each employee to make sure they completed their time cards and turned them in to me. With the use of Swipe Clock, all time cards are immediately available and I can quickly identify missing punches. If there was a problem with employees falsifying their hours, TimeClock plus highlights the punches that have been edited rather than swiped on SwipeClock. ### 9.
