Having access to a live clock in system remotely allows me to track my employees in real time while also giving them the freedom to log their own hours, time off, and submit to payroll. **What do you dislike about WorkForce Software, an ADP Company?** The platform is very manual and given all of the access points, employees are able to manually enter and edit time. This creates a high amount of user error as well as an inability to hold people accountable. The reporting system is nice, but very cumbersome and manual. I also use it as a scheduling tool for business planning purposes. Sometimes employees register double (or on-existent) punches when using the phone or webclock, which automatically creates an exception that a manager has to fix manually.
