Also, things like integrations with third-party-plugins are really useful to obtain all the advantages Jira offers and communicate with other apps. **What do you dislike about Workflow Steps for Jira?** I would say a disadvantage is the limited out-of-the-box solutions it offers. Even though there are workflows that may be best suited for most common cases, not all of them work for all companies and customizing them sometimes takes a lot of time and effort. **What problems is Workflow Steps for Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integrations with Slack have made our lives easier by allowing the fast and controlled interaction from Slack to automate and handle stuff in Jira.
