I really like how it connects perfectly with the rest of our Workday HR system. When we finally hire someone, all of their information moves easily from a "candidate" profile to a new "employee" profile. I don't have to type the same details twice, and it's nice not having to switch between three different apps just to get a job offer out. Having all the approvals and candidate history in one place is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can feel a bit clunky at times. Sometimes it seems like I have to click five different times just to move a candidate forward or complete a simple task. It’s also not very easy for beginners to pick up right away, so you definitely need some training to get comfortable. On top of that, trying to build custom reports to view our hiring data can be confusing and ends up taking too much time. Secondly, there isn’t much structure or clear guidance on where we are in the process; what has already been done, what’s left to do, and exactly where we are in our journey within each step.
