I liked that I could see previous paychecks, hours worked, vacation used and left, as well as view W2.

**What do you dislike about Workday Professional Services Automation?**

Sometimes the layout could be a little funky and you would have to click around to find what you need.

**What problems is Workday Professional Services Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workday allows people to get things such as paystubs without having to go through HR.

**What do you like best about Workday Professional Services Automation?**

I love that I can submit my own hours as I work them and that I can request vacation time at any time I please and know that it will go straight to my supervisor for review. My old system had me email requesting time off and I barely knew how much vacation time I have accrued throughout the year or the amount of sick time I had available to me. In that sense, that was valuable information to me.

**What do you dislike about Workday Professional Services Automation?**

I wish I understood the "absence" language. For a brief time, I was logging my time incorrectly in the system. For example, a holiday time off is noted as "Holiday Time Taken" but in my eyes, I feel like it would make more sense to be a credit. Anyway, there is times where I am not sure what to select but have to check with HR in terms of logging a correct timesheet code.

**What problems is Workday Professional Services Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When yearly taxes comes around, I have instant access to copies of my W-2. I can easily reference and submit time off.

The best thing I liked about workday is its user interface . Also, all the information including personal and professional can be found under a single roof.

Nothing as of now . It is a fantastic platform for the for managing employees .

It has now become easy to find my job details including my personal info , compensation , profile under single roof . Now I need not require to access these information in different tools as i can find all the details at a single place .

If you need resources in one place and an easy user interface, consider workday.

We solve the issues of centralized requests for time off, onboarding checklists, accessing tax documents, and accessing time sheets and pay history.

I like how workday guides you through different modules when needing to complete different processes. I also like their alert/notification system, as it keeps me organized on things like submitting time, submitting an expense report, etc.

**What do you dislike about Workday Professional Services Automation?**

Workday is not always easy to navigate. It is often difficult to "pick up where you left off."

All important and secure information is in one place. It makes working across departments much easier and keeps the foundation runnning.

Org charts and payslips.  The ability to see teams is excellent for ensuring you are contacting the right personnel.  The electronic payslips are a nice bonus.

**What do you dislike about Workday Professional Services Automation?**

Goals and objectives.  The interface is clunky and I struggle to understand where to click.  For example you have to push "edit" or something like that in order to make any changes, but it isn't obvious.  It just isn't intuitive.

Very easy to find someone in a big organization and determine their role, team, and management chain.

Most of the information is easy to find, however not everything is ready to find.  Sometimes I have to click on several categories before I can find what I'm looking for.  Most of it is user friendly, but not all of it.

**What do you like best about Workday Professional Services Automation?**

I like that everything is all in one place and I don't have to go to several different locations.

**What do you dislike about Workday Professional Services Automation?**

I don't like how finding some information isn't user friendly and I have to keep clicking on different categories just to find an answer.

It gives you a complete and simple picture with all the relevant information, not having to go through stacks of layers, helps with the important aspect - time. It also makes user engagement quite easy.

The mobile sites and Apps are quite barebones.
Customising the product is still tedious with respect to others.

Basically it does saves quite a lot of time. But also have issues with customisability.

User ease of access and interface is easily navigational.

Secure sign on can glitch across pages when attempting single sign on authenticity.

Using learning plateau services and undergoing maintenance...sometimes must call help desk to erase completed curriculum.

I love with workday how everything for our company is all on one website. It makes it simple and easy. I feel safer also with workday then I do with our last website we should. Also, it is pretty easy to use as well!

**What do you dislike about Workday Professional Services Automation?**

The only thing I dislike is the expense report part. I liked the old method we used and I feel like workdays are simple but take more time. 

**Recommendations to others considering Workday Professional Services Automation:**

I think it definitely worth trying. My company is enjoying it so far, we are still trying to get used to it after years on our previous software, but I think it safe to say that workday works well!

Workday allowed the company to be in one place very easily.  The tasks and fields made reporting so easy for the company

Sometimes you deal with such large data that it slows down

We  had problems with having to do so much reporting in excel sheets but this does it for you so much quicker

WorkDay helps us with completing important work office tasks all in one place, such as financial documents, office supply orders, and time sheets.

I do like how everything is in one place and things are streamlined across the entire campus.

I dislike how there are no clear instructions or training seminars to make sure everyone is on the same page and things will run smoothly. It is a lot of tedious trial and error.
