My old system had me email requesting time off and I barely knew how much vacation time I have accrued throughout the year or the amount of sick time I had available to me. In that sense, that was valuable information to me. **What do you dislike about Workday Professional Services Automation?** I wish I understood the "absence" language. For a brief time, I was logging my time incorrectly in the system. For example, a holiday time off is noted as "Holiday Time Taken" but in my eyes, I feel like it would make more sense to be a credit. Anyway, there is times where I am not sure what to select but have to check with HR in terms of logging a correct timesheet code. **What problems is Workday Professional Services Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?** When yearly taxes comes around, I have instant access to copies of my W-2.
