The ability to manage orders, inventory, quotes, and tear sheets—all in one place—has been a game-changer. The UI is clean and intuitive, and the tagging system helps our team track order statuses effortlessly. WizCommerce is fast becoming the central nervous system of our B2B and wholesale business, bringing everything under one roof—orders, quotes, payments, and reporting. The tagging system and status updates are intuitive and give us a real-time view of order progress. It feels like a much more modern and customizable platform compared to what we were using before. Nothing major at this stage. As we’re pushing the limits of what WizCommerce can do, there are a few edge cases we’ve come across, but the team is responsive and eager to evolve the product based on our feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WizCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a centralized platform to replace the patchwork of tools we were using to manage B2B and wholesale orders. WizCommerce eliminates manual steps, improves team visibility, and reduces the back-and-forth between reps, ops, and customers. Order-taking is a breeze.
