The customer service is incredible. I hate chat support and prefer phone, but I got Andrew on chat support. He was not only kind and efficient, he even walked outside of his work building (doesn't get good service inside) to check the integrity of my forms on Wix. What an incredible worker!! I would like more streamline features and options - in forms and interactive elements. Wix seems very limited and manual with CMS inputs that don't work and can cost hours of technical support time with teams. I also would like more options with being able to have menus appear at different parts of my pages as the user scrolls without it being the main header so I can keep the hero top design unique and clean.
