**What do you like best about WiseStamp?**

I really appreciate how easy WiseStamp makes it to create and maintain consistent branding across our organization. It simplifies signature management for our small marketing team by making updates easy and doesn't burden our IT team. This is especially helpful for the marketing team to implement campaigns, rolling out updates and troubleshooting any issues. It's also fantastic for when we acquire new businesses, as it helps us implement and transition branding smoothly. Overall, it's user-friendly, making it easy for staff to use and update.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

The only area for improvement we've noticed is that banner images can occasionally display differently based on Apple or Android.

**What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WiseStamp ensures consistent branding and simplifies signature updates. It's easy for our marketing team to manage and update without burdening our IT team, and it's straightforward for staff to use. It makes our monthly marketing campaigns really impactful. It's also helpful when we acquire new businesses to transition branding.

**What do you like best about WiseStamp?**

I like the admin console because it's very user-friendly and simple to navigate. It's easy to edit our firm-wide signature, especially when we want to promote different company highlights via banners. Onboarding new employees is also convenient, as their signature is ready on day one. The integration with our firm's Outlook account is a big plus, automatically uploading new users to WiseStamp once they are created in Microsoft, which eliminates the step of manually adding or removing employees.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

A Zoom integration would be nice so employees' zoom/phone information could be automatically imported. That's the only info I have to enter manually

**What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WiseStamp lets us edit everyone's signatures together and integrates with Outlook to automatically manage user updates, removing manual steps. It makes onboarding easy, and the admin console is user-friendly, simplifying editing firm-wide signatures and promoting highlights.

**What do you like best about WiseStamp?**

I really like the integration with Microsoft 365, especially how it can happen on the server side level. The new builder is actually pretty user-friendly and intuitive. Overall, the software is very intuitive, which helps us design the signature templates way easier than before, making life and time much easier and faster.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

I think we should have integration done per email, but also per user, because we currently have multiple users that share the same email address. So, I hope there is a software or a setting down the road that can allow us to have multiple signatures for the same email address, accommodated to each user's Outlook account.

**What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use WiseStamp to configure our company signatures for over 30 employees, simplifying what would otherwise be manual signature entries and creation.

**What do you like best about WiseStamp?**

You can make your signatures look incredibly professional and design them however you want. It’s easy to match your branding, use different integrations, and set things up for a small business so everyone can have a signature. Customer support is also really on the ball. Even though it starts with a chat-bot, if you ask for someone to help, a real person is there right away.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

The platform isn't the most user-friendly for someone not familiar with the tools, and for someone who isn't on the website consistently. I think there should be more how-tos set up for those that might need a wee bit more help.

**What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small business, we use standardized business signatures that look professional and have a great feel.

**What do you like best about WiseStamp?**

I love WiseStamp for standardizing our email signatures, making it easy to ensure everyone has the same template, design, and picture, which was a great solution for us. The banner tool is fantastic because it's customizable depending on the time of year and the services we want to market. I find the customer service great, as I'm always able to reach out to someone when we have an issue. I like that the signatures are easy to make and customize, including changing colors, typographies, and layouts. The integration with Office 365 is great, as it automatically synchronizes with each team member's picture and details. The initial setup was also very easy, thanks to the help from our account manager, who guided us on using WiseStamp and the integration process.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

I'd like to have the ability to move the items from my signature a little more freely because sometimes I feel like the only settings that work are the templates. But, overall, that's just like a nice to have. It's not something that doesn't work at all.

**What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WiseStamp solved our email signature standardization problem, making sure all team emails have consistent signatures, which is great for sales and marketing. It also lets us customize banners for different occasions, keeping our branding consistent.

**What do you like best about WiseStamp?**

I really like WiseStamp's versatility and features. It's nice that we can make the signatures custom, which is a big plus for us. I also appreciate that it can automatically connect to Gmail and auto-load signatures, which makes things easier for our company. Another feature I enjoy is the HTML version that allows for banner rotation, and I can easily paste this into other software tools like HubSpot. Overall, the ability to customize and integrate with other tools makes WiseStamp valuable for our needs.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

It has felt a little bit like it has gotten a bit more complicated as upgrades have happened like sometimes it’s a little too much.

**What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use WiseStamp for companywide email signatures with custom banners for CTAs. It helps customize signatures, maintain consistency, and promote effectively. I like that it connects to Gmail and has an HTML version for banner rotation in other tools like HubSpot.

**What do you like best about WiseStamp?**

I really appreciate how WiseStamp enables standardization across our entire company, making it much easier for us. Setting up a signature for someone is straightforward, and there's no need to worry about what each person's signature looks like since it's all standardized. This makes managing signatures a lot easier. The integration with Microsoft, Azure, and other tools is super helpful. Whenever I update someone in Microsoft with their title or phone number, it seamlessly syncs over to WiseStamp daily or manually if needed. It's pretty simple to use, very useful, and it helps us out a lot.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

Nothing that i can think of.

**What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WiseStamp allows us to create a default signature for all employees, standardizing our company's communications across four verticals and making it easier to manage.

**What do you like best about WiseStamp?**

I like that WiseStamp allows us to have uniform email signatures, solving the problem of individuals having to create their own. I appreciate that you can make customizable templates for the email signatures and use the email signatures to advertise using the banners. The integration with Microsoft was very easy, and I would highly recommend this product.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

The email signatures and banners sometimes disappear for hours or days. We try to turn them off and back on, but I would love for this issue to be fixed.

WiseStamp allows us to have uniform email signatures, solving the issue of individuals having to create their own. We like the customizable templates and using email signatures for advertising with banners.

**What do you like best about WiseStamp?**

WiseStamp has made it easy for us to manage all employee email signatures, ensuring consistency and correct branding in our communications. We can control signature updates and make sure everyone is using the most current version properly. I also love that we can create very cool signatures, including GIF signatures, which helps our company look professional while still letting us express some creativity.

On the backend, WiseStamp is very easy to use. We’ve also found their support to be very helpful.

All our team members get excited when a new signature is uploaded.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

Sometimes the instructions are very hard to understand, and if you use Apple Mail it's confusing how to add the signature to your email. I am not sure how to do that but the steps are confusing and I have to ask for a support call for assistance usually. It was a little confusing but less now.

**What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WiseStamp makes it easy to control employee signatures, ensuring conformity and correct branding. We can update signatures easily, use cool and gif designs to look professional, and express creativity.

**What do you like best about WiseStamp?**

It is simple to use, setup is pretty easy (though due to propagation of servers and such, can take a few days to fully integrate), and the styles of signatures are large.

The features of what you can put in the signature is more or less everything you can think of.

**What do you dislike about WiseStamp?**

Customer service should be better, and a phone number wouldn't hurt for corporate accounts.

**What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having one standard corporate signature. It gets rid of issues, even if only perceived, of political/religious/personal statements and other things that can go as far to cause bounce backs of our emails or send them to spam.
