**What do you like best about Revuze?**

Over the past few months of integrating Revuze into our internal workflow, it has become a valuable tool for understanding consumer perception, emerging ingredients, and broader product trends across the industry. Having the ability to compare hierarchies, topics, and groups in one place makes it much easier to analyse sentiment, product performance, and review volume.

**What do you dislike about Revuze?**

One challenge we occasionally face is limited review depth in certain niches, which can make early-stage trend detection more difficult. It would be incredibly valuable to see more proactive discovery features, such as highlighting emerging ingredients, flavours or fast-rising topics over the last months, as this would help CDMOs like us identify innovation opportunities even earlier.

**What problems is Revuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking positive sentiment alongside volume helped us better understand how the market has evolved over the past few years and supported more informed decisions about product development - especially when identifying directions that consumers genuinely respond to in terms of results, taste and format.

**What do you like best about Revuze?**

Revuze is an excellent partner. Their communication is always open, transparent, and proactive. They show strong flexibility and are always willing to adjust their work to match our customer needs. The data they deliver — especially crawled user-review data — is reliable, precise, and consistently on time. The team is professional, responsive, and easy to collaborate with.

**What do you dislike about Revuze?**

Honestly, nothing. I've had a very positive experience and have no complaints about their work.

**What problems is Revuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revuze helps us quickly gather and interpret large amounts of customer feedback from different online sources. Through the VoC project, they reliably collect and structure review data from web shops and app platforms, giving us a clear, real-time view of customer sentiment and product perception. This helps us spot trends faster, understand pain points, and make better decisions that support growth and improve customer satisfaction.

**What do you like best about Revuze?**

I use Revuze for product innovation ideas and optimization. I appreciate its ability to provide useful insights and themes that feed directly into our innovation pipeline. I really like their agility, flexibility, and strategic direction, and they're just a lovely team to work with. The specific features I value the most are topic classification and sentiment analysis. The initial setup was very easy as the Revuze team did all the heavy lifting, with us only needing to give inputs where necessary.

There was no such thing.

We use Revuze to crawl data from websites, giving us an overview of product reviews, and we didn't have an in-house solution for this. It helps us see customer feedback clearly.

If there was one thing that could be improved it would be the timing of access to data but this is something on their roadmap for key products.

**What do you like best about Revuze?**

Revuze is a real business partner for us at L'Oréal. From briefing to delivery, we always count on the flexibility and reactivity of the Revuze team to meet our needs in a quick and easy way. We are very happy with the wide coverage and high quality of data currently being provided to us, and the excellence in their client service processes really puts Revuze at the top of our data providers pipeline. We have built a very strong and close partnership with Revuze so far, which reassures our team and enables us to quickly react to new business demands and needs.

We have not yet identified any issues in the partnership with Revuze, the team is fully satisfied with their deliveries and processes.

**What problems is Revuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revuzes provides to us data with very high quality standards, with several additional premium fields from their own data treament and enrichment steps. We also receive this data already in a fully personalized structure considering our internal needs. This enables us to extract important business and client insights from reliable data sets, accelerating our business decisions and time-to-market. We are also constantly working together with Revuze to find technical solutions to new business needs.

Automates consumer researches, detects customer sentiments while responding. It provides clean and granular data to understand each benchmark in detail.

Training is required. The user can not straightforwardly use it.

Easy onboarding process and granular report of my work help me maintain my data and work efficiently.
