"LMS theme that helped us get started with LearnDash"

Describe the project or task WisdmLabs helped with:

We were building a training website and after reviewing a few different LMS systems we chose to go with LearnDash. While it had the functionality we needed, it had no theming built in so you had to design your site around it or find a theme designed to work with LearnDash. Wisdmlab's eLumine theme fit the bill and helped us get our site up and running fairly easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WisdmLabs?

Wisdmlabs has great support. Every time I have reached out with a question or issue they have been quick to jump in and assist. Even logging directly into our website and making adjustments for us if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WisdmLabs?

It is difficult to tell what functionality/ux is coming from LearnDash vs the eLumine theme. We found that navigating through a course on the front end of the site is not very self-explanatory and users get confused without someone to help them understand it. We had no idea if this was due to LearnDash or the theme, so we installed a general theme (not intended for LearnDash) and the navigation was about the same. It has been hard for us to tell what value eLumine adds that a regular theme wouldn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering WisdmLabs:

At least for the eLumine theme and related plugins, try to determine what is driven by LearnDash vs eLumine. Having a test site where you can easily disable the theme helps. Reach out to WisdmLabs support whenever you have a question because they are very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WisdmLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we selected LearnDash we wrongly assumed that it would have at least some basic theming included which it did not. WidsmLabs helped us get the training site launched by filling in the gaps that we believe LearnDash should have built in.
