"Großes Kommunikationswerkzeug"

What do you like best?

Mir gefällt, dass wir Feedback direkt im Video und überall im Video hinterlassen können. Auf diese Weise ist es für das Mitglied einfacher, die Probleme zu bearbeiten. Es ist alles online und wir müssen uns nicht auf andere Weise kontaktieren. Mir gefällt, dass mit diesem Programm Privatsphäre verbunden ist und wir zwischen den Teammitgliedern, aber auch mit den Kunden kommunizieren können. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist so einfach zu erlernen und das Design ist großartig, und die Hilfe Videos sind erstaunlich und gut gemacht!

What do you dislike?

"Best Review site for clients"

What do you like best?

Where to start, my favorite feature is the comments. You can comment down to the exact frame and literally anywhere on the frame. I love the "team only" comments functionality so you can communicate with your team without the client seeing your comments. I also love the subfolder feature within a client folder, this comes in handy when you have multiple campaigns going at the same time. I also love the notifications bell icon. I can see when a video is uploaded and who has watched, and when they viewed. It has an excellent interface and user experience. I love being able to scrub through the video icon as well.

What do you dislike?

The wipster plugin for Premiere Pro is so buggy! I love the potential and when it works properly it is amazing, but it gets jammed all the time so I just stopped using it. The login sometimes doesn't work. We have added team members and some haven't been able to login. I wish there were an overall notes section so the client can leave a summary of thoughts about the video.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would highly recommend Wipster to anyone who needs to get feedback from a client. This is the best site we have used and has so many amazing features that are easy to use and make so much sense!

Client communication is great. When the client uses it right, it is so helpful to get notes to the editor. We can really get detailed about what the client wants to change by the ease of use with the comments in the video.

"Great Review Software"

What do you like best?

I love that you can upload any type of media, including videos or images, to send to clients for review. The review process becomes seamless as reviewers can click anywhere on the video or image to leave a comment on that spot directly. It makes it so easy to know exactly what part of the proof clients are referring to when they leave feedback, and I love that you can reply directly to that comment as well. The ability to mark items as complete is also great, so as a project manager, I can see exactly what our team has been working on.

What do you dislike?

I don't like that some smaller images are previewed much larger than their original size when uploaded, and this makes the images appear blurry. It's frustrating to have to inform our clients to zoom out to a certain size on a preview for it to match the size it should be, and look less blurry. We've also had some preview issues that distort color as well.

If you are looking for an easy way to have clients review video or image design, Wipster is an extremely helpful and cost-effective solution!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving the issue of having seamless review, and are able to accumulate simple to-do lists based on the comment list for each proof that's uploaded. We also have linked it with Slack, which allows us to get notifications when clients or team members are looking at, commenting on, or uploading new proofs.

"Great Team collaboration tool"

What do you like best?

It allows the whole team to request feedback, give feedback, and make quick changes to our video. I can simply click on the video to mark a time and our media director can make quick cuts and edits. Super efficient.

What do you dislike?

There isn't a whole lot to dislike from what we've used. It is pretty beneficial and a big time saver.

If you want a software that will make video collaboration easier, then this is it!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We make edits as a creative team to the videos we make as a church. Rather than sending updated versions through email, it is quicker and more efficient to send through Wipster.

"Improved our Video Marketing Process from start to finish"

What do you like best?

Wipster has streamlined our video editing process immensely. My team works with a vendor to execute nearly fifty videos a year. The time it took before to make comments and updates to our video editing requirements was insurmountable. With Wipster we are able to comment and collaborate directly with the editors and highlight any changes required.

What do you dislike?

There are few things I dislike about Wipster. An auto-generated bitly link would be better than the long urls. Other than that the tool works exactly how I would expect and aligns with a smooth video editing process.

Time savings, streamlined collaboration, improved communication between internal team and vendor.

"Wipster is a quick, intuitive tool for client feedback, albeit still in infancy"

What do you like best?

Wipster makes it extremely easy to scan a video, and leave feedback on specific video frames, as well as leave notes about specific areas of a video. Instead of a phone call or in-person explanation, they can do it all online.

I also love how simple it is to learn the UI without having to do much explanation to our clients, even our long-time clients who are used to a different method. It's become easy to send them links, and get them on board quickly.

On our end, it's simple to find their feedback, and use it to make quick video edits.

What do you dislike?

It is a little finnicky. Strange behavior on creating new folders, as well as titling them. The upcharge for adding multiple users on our account is silly. The email notifications system is slightly wonky as well.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you want fast-paced, easy to learn, client feedback browser software, this is your choice. I haven't seen anything else that does what Wipster does, as well as it does it.

Wipster has saved us so many client phone calls. Unless we are talking about the basics of a video, or all of the pre-production work for a video, all we have to do is send the client a link to the video we uploaded, and they can easily make suggestions from there.

This saves us so much time in meetings or on phone calls, hearing a client trying to describe a video edit. This is huge for us.

"Wipster Makes Providing Feedback Quick and Easy"

What do you like best?

I like the ability to log into Wipster, view videos created by our team members and provide instant feedback right on the video. No more long meetings or confusing phone calls, trying to explain the things that need to be changed. We can provide feedback and get results faster than ever before!

What do you dislike?

Sometimes, the comments don't show up in the right place. It can be difficult at times to pinpoint exactly where/when a change needs to be made. This can often be solved with a follow-up phone call or clarification through subsequent comments on the video file, but when the entire premise is to provide feedback directly on the video file, it kind of defeats the purpose. I've also encountered upload issues when sending a file straight from Wipster to Vimeo. Versioning sometimes gets confusing, too.

Recommendations to others considering the product

A major advantage for our team is the ability to have multiple users/folders. We have many people who edit videos on our team, so we can sort those videos into folders, making sorting, searching, providing feedback and overall navigation simple.

Instead of sitting in meetings or making long phone calls to go over potential changes to video files, we now use Wipster to provide feedback and make recommendations. Everyone tied to a particular project can offer their thoughts in a way that's quick, easy and fun!

"Useful tool - constantly changing pricing structure"

What do you like best?

Users aren't required to login - they simply have to identify themselves. Easy to use interface makes reviewing video content a breeze for clients and sharing with editors for revisions. Company seems to really care about its product and is continuously enhancing it.

What do you dislike?

Please find a pricing structure that works for your company and stick with it. They've gone from pricing by the number of users to number of assets to number of gigabytes being stored. It's rather confusing and makes me wonder what's next!

Make sure you're comfortable with their pricing structure although it will likely change soon.

Being a video production company, we needed a way to share work with clients and get concise and complete feedback from all stakeholders. Wipster does this well. It's allowed us to cut down the number of revisions and has improved our production workflow.

"The easiest way for non-editors to share what they want"

What do you like best?

Wipster let’s you set in and out points plus supply comments on edits/transitions. Typically, professional editors did this work which took longer and cost more. With Wipster, you can let your SMEs share what they want to communicate, then turn the more technical video editing work over to the pros.

What do you dislike?

To use Wooster successfully, you need to have a basic understanding of video editing. The program could provide a little more about that in its interface.

Start with one month, then get the annual subscription to save money.
