Having everything in one place is also super convenient to me that it saves time and gets me organized. I also admire the instinctive mechanism which facilitates an effortless navigation even for beginner like me. **What do you dislike about WinMed EHR?** I do see some boundaries in the report settings, either. Sometimes the close down of special reporting for insurance or believing patient trends is a difficult job to do. Furthermore, the customer support problem could be addressed faster by timely ticket responding of technical problems. **What problems is WinMed EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** The WinMed EHR application has helped my practice to become more productive through the elimination of paperwork and thereby making patient interactions be faster and more efficient. It reduces the time of creating plans for treatment, so that I can spend more time on quality care and less on managing administrative duties. Nevertheless, the poor information provision capabilities and occasional issues with support provisional erases some luster off the platform. ### 2. I also like how the data integrity is maintained by WinMed EHR. **What do you dislike about WinMed EHR?** There are a few things that I dislike about WinMed EHR and those are - No much scope for customizing the colors and view, and sometimes it becomes a little slow when uploading the documents to the server. **What problems is WinMed EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** WinMed EHR has benefited our organization - Apollo Hospitals in a lot of ways: 1) Assigning patients to specific rooms automatically. 2) Analytical dashboard for analysts and top management to decide and take quick actions on the desired outputs of the data. 3) Helps in identifying a particular trend across different categories. 4) Order sets simplifying the ordering process as per the previous orders. 5) Maintaining patient details in the portal. ### 3. They have assembled various indications for their patients such as; 1. Ready indicates that the room is empty and has been cleaned 2. Empty indicates that the room is empty, but yet to be cleaned 3. The colors and graphics are easy on the eyes which truly help prevent eye strain, especially when your job consists of looking at a screen for multiple hours. **What do you dislike about WinMed EHR?** There are not many options to customize, as far as I can tell. Other comparable EHR systems allow the user to customize the view, colors, and layout. There are some options to adjust the interface, however that is performed from the IT side of the coin, rather than the direct user being able to make changes to the interface in order to make it more functionally helpful. **Recommendations to others considering WinMed EHR:** I am sure it is an affordable option when searching for a new ERH management system, however there are other options out there that allow for more customization and ease of use. **What problems is WinMed EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a user of the system, I am not aware of business problems being solved.
