Windsor.ai turned out to be a very practical solution for centralizing data from multiple platforms and, above all, for keeping it "organized" from the start. The most notable feature is the data structure/schema it generates with its AI approach, which facilitates analysis and greatly reduces the manual work of modeling and cleaning. In daily operations, the time savings are noticeable: you automate extraction and focus on interpreting results. Additionally, the Google Sheets extension is a huge plus: it allows users who are not specialized in databases to consume and update information simply and quickly. I really like that Windsor.ai has a real simple API that's easy to use. They are always updating it, which is great. There was even a situation where they added a specific feature for us, allowing us to use the fifteen minute update by having control over the cache. Even though simplicity is a good thing, sometimes we lack configurability. So maybe, for example, allow us to list our Facebook accounts or all accounts. So the API is still lacking some endpoints, but it is a weakness that we can handle. Is something they have UI configuration that allows us to keep going. I use Windsor.ai extensively to gather all my Social Media Ads data and HubSpot CRM into one database, which also supports ad hoc reports directly into my BI tools. I love that it solves the problem of manual reports from different platforms by streamlining the portal for quick and accessible data from all my needed platforms. This really saves us time and dev hours. What I like the most is the support; it's lightning quick, and if you have a real problem, it gets escalated to Windsor.ai devs in just a single day. What can be improved is some robustness of a few connectors, usually this is related to an event for the API's fault that happens that limits Windsor and needs to be adjusted, but for end customer it still affects day-to-day ingestions and 'freshness' of data. Windsor is great for UA and Growth Enthusiasts. IT simply removes any dependency on data teams. The stack I used was to connect windsor with Meta, Google, MMP and dump it to claude via connector and get daily reports or analysis upto creative level ROI. Amazing work. Their billing practices are unethical and rigid. I attempted to downgrade my subscription because the current plan no longer fit my needs, but support refused to void the invoice or change the plan. They said once the invoice is issued, they cannot do anything. Their official solution was to wait for the system to fail charging my card until it cancels automatically, which is unacceptable for a professional SaaS company. I've worked with Funnel and Supermetrics. Compared to those platforms, Windsor is cheaper and offers more connections. Also smart is that these connectors are divided into accounts, which also come in a right amount. The bonus of all this is that Windsor comes with an MCP server that I can easily use from Claude.
