All info related to it is there, even time off. **What do you dislike about WinCap?** There is nothing to dislike about the product. It's really helpful, but some small fonts can be noted as not that good. Overall, it's great. Nothing specific to dislike. **What problems is WinCap solving and how is that benefiting you?** All the problems related to human resources are solved by this. It is really helpful, more accurate, and the best for the HR team to get effective results and solutions with its help. ### 2. Time off, time worked, salary notices, daily attendance. NO LONGER A GOOD PRODUCT. **What do you dislike about WinCap?** There really isn't anything I dislike other than tiny font. NO LONGER A GOOD PRODUCT. **Recommendations to others considering WinCap:** I highly recommend wincap to others. You can do so many hr items in it and no need to bother a human. **What problems is WinCap solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have used wincap to solve discrepancies in paid time off. NO LONGER A GOOD PRODUCT. ### 3. Niche Accounting Software for North East Public Schools **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2019 **What do you like best about WinCap?** - Crystal Reports engine allows for a great amount of granularity in constructing reports - Citrix framework allows for platform use by any client device that supports Citrix Receiver - Support for migration from defunct FoxPro to standard Oracle SQL DB this year is very welcomed and long overdue - Shortcuts are very useful once you learn them, although they are not immediately intuitive **What do you dislike about WinCap?** - The tables in Wincap are extremely difficult to mass extract or import data to/from, but this may improve once we migrate from FoxPro to Oracle - Building Employee columnar reports is very clunky and for some strange reason limited to 10 columns - Wincap field codes are not easy to reference on or across tables - Customer service/tech support has become simply abysmal since being acquired by Harris Computers **Recommendations to others considering WinCap:** If you are on the North East, you have the choice of Wincap or Finance Manager (Nvision). **What problems is WinCap solving and how is that benefiting you?** - NYS reporting of employee data relies very heavily on Wincap's HR module - Budget creation for school district - Procurement with purchase orders ### 4.
