  ### 1. Great Experience All-Around w/ Wholesale SMS - Would Highly Recommend!

**What do you like best about WholesaleSMS?**

We love the way that Wholesale SMS is always available for us if we ever have any issues or need anything at all. I am able to reach out directly to Cheyenne at Wholesale and she'll always be back in touch within a few hours. 
I also love the pricing that Wholesale SMS offers for such a great solution.

**What do you dislike about WholesaleSMS?**

The only thing that I dislike about Wholesale SMS is that there are currently no ways to Zap the texts coming through to get an email or text notification with each message. Hopefully, this is coming soon and won't be an issue for us much longer. 

**Recommendations to others considering WholesaleSMS:**

I would highly recommend reaching out to Cheyenne at Wholesale SMS for all of your Bulk SMS needs. 

**What problems is WholesaleSMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problem of reaching out directly to our thousands of opt-in's for new promotions and sales offers from our team. We also solve the solution of having each sales person run their own texting account because we just use one master account on Wholesale.

**What do you like best about WholesaleSMS?**

I would highly recommend Wholesale SMS to anyone looking for a great text messaging software at a very reasonable price. Cheyenne at Wholesale is the best in the business and we would highly recommend Wholesale to anyone looking to expand their marketing reach. 

**What do you dislike about WholesaleSMS?**

I wish that Wholesale SMS had some more options with auto-assignment and/or software integration. Other than that, I love the software all-around. 

**Recommendations to others considering WholesaleSMS:**

I would highly recommend using WholesaleSMS! Reach out to their team and ask every question you can think of! 

**What problems is WholesaleSMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the issue of reaching out to our client base along with our opted-in prospects about new incentives for signing up for a new marketing campaign.
