**What do you like best about WhatsApp Live Chat Manager - Prestashop Addons by Knowband?**

I find that it is easy to be notified when new messages appear.  It also keeps all images from the chat which makes it easy to go back and look at old photos that were sent.

**What do you dislike about WhatsApp Live Chat Manager - Prestashop Addons by Knowband?**

I wish that you could mark a message as unread, even after you have read it.  This would allow you to be reminded to deal with messages that aren't important in that moment.
