**What do you like best about Whatnot?**

New Live shopping and auctions experience
UI is simple and easy to navigate through
Lots of niche items available that are not present on amazon
Bringing yard sales online

**What do you dislike about Whatnot?**

Some people bid without the intention to ever buy and this ruins the experience for other serious bidders. Proper KYC should be done before allowing people to bid and such bidders should be banned.
Livechat is a bit intrusive over the video, maybe have a seperate section for it like in youtube

**What problems is Whatnot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whatnot is trying to create a new shopping experience via livestreams for online customers, this doesn't exist in amazon or other big ecommerce. I especially like the variety and rarity of the products being sold, as I love buying antiques and limited edition products.
