What do you like best about WeTravel?

Their software is hoesntly great.. most everything a retreat facilitator could ask for. That they offer their own credit card (to pay vendors and save on Stripe’s withdrawal transfer fees) is a huge plus! Design capability is way better than YouLi’. Customer support during onboarding was amazing. Cost is competitive, and they offer a great deal for non-profits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WeTravel?

All of a sudden, we received a Denial of Service notice, and our page and account was taken down without any notice nor ability to appeal (or even find out what it was they didn’t like!) This is hugely disappointing, and highly unprofesisonal, especially since we took the time to clarify the nature of our business (couples coaching), which all too often gets lumped into “adult” categories. They were fine during onboarding, and then suddenly shut us off. And, fine, every company has their own policies.. but to not answer any questions nor allow for an appeal? Buyer beware..
