I liked Westhost at first because of it's cost relative to quality.I have had no issues with site down time but anytime I need to log into their admin panel its a headache to do what I need to do. In regards to updating my SSL certificate, It's simply not possible but a simple support ticket gets someone to set it up for me quickly. When I don't need to manage anything, my sites run smoothly, I don't really have to think about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their documentation is outdated and has broken images. I cannot get an SSL cert updated without intervention from customer support. Their instruction for how to do it include broken screenshots, old screenshots of a UI that no longer exists, and directions to use menus that are no longer there.
