**What do you like best about WestHost?**

I liked Westhost at first because of it's cost relative to quality.I have had no issues with site down time but anytime I need to log into their admin panel its a headache to do what I need to do. In regards to updating my SSL certificate, It's simply not possible but a simple support ticket gets someone to set it up for me quickly. When I don't need to manage anything, my sites run smoothly, I don't really have to think about it.

**What do you dislike about WestHost?**

Their documentation is outdated and has broken images. I cannot get an SSL cert updated without intervention from customer support. Their instruction for how to do it include broken screenshots, old screenshots of a UI that no longer exists, and directions to use menus that are no longer there.

**What problems is WestHost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I host some small websites on a shared server. Low traffic local business. I also have a domain or two registered there along with an SSL certificate for one site. The sites stay up and never have any problems out of the blue. Westhost communicates about planned server changes and updates.

**What do you like best about WestHost?**

WestHost was one of the most trouble-free services we've had.  Minimal to no downtime, and their support is top-notch.  Any time we had any issues their support was on top of it and resolved issues quickly.

**What do you dislike about WestHost?**

There isn't anything terrible with WestHost.  Email hosting is great; website hosting is easy and fast with little to no downtime.  Their pricing has been fair as well.

**What problems is WestHost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WestHost has been a very reliable host for us over the years.  Email hosting has been almost maintenance free and web site hosting very reliable.
