It's really customizable to your business needs and it's really easy to tailor to what you want to track and do. It's also suitable for all levels of experience, you can use really simple visual tools to build your experiences or their more sophisticated editors which require some more dev knowledge but really allow you to do pretty much everything. Also, I really have to say a few words about their support team which is outstanding! Anything you need, whether it's an update to a goal, you have a question, you need someone to help with a build, etc., they are always there to help and they are really quick to respond and action requests!
