The Webtrends dashboard provides strong reporting which clearly identifies when a variant has won Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Using the Advanced editor as we do has required a larger amount of technical resources to get going Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The process of implementing the software and each test is easy and user friendly. If you ever have issues the team have always been prompt in replying to my queries and helpful when doing so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The data export for test data does not line up exactly with what is seen in the dashboard. This is annoying as it makes reporting harder and slower and less in depth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The results of experiments is very useful, you can track certain elements too which come up in the results section - we use this often to show our clients the results of experiments. It is really easy for our clients to implement on their websites and the level of customer support is amazing. We use it on a daily basis to check on experiments running and our devs build experiments within the tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The flicker can sometimes be a downside to using WTO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- All features are included in one very reasonable price. No need to upgrade to access personalisation, survey tools, social proof or product recommendations.
- The recently upgraded interface is great and has solved a lot of the issues that I used to have with the tool.
- Responsive customer service
- The upgraded reporting dashboard is best in class. Easy segmentation and customisation makes it easy to monitor and report on test results.
- Good for entry level companies but also very powerful options for those with more advanced needs.
- If you can think of something you'd like to use the tool for it's very likely that they can work with you to set it up and create something custom that fills your needs.
- Easy and quick implementation and WTO will work with you to validate event setup and make sure that everything is working as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Setting up custom goals for each test is still a bit complicated. It's possible but using the advanced editor for it isn't very intuitive and can be confusing at the start
- The documentation needs some work, it's not always easy to find answers if you're stuck but the customer service makes up for some of this issue.
- There are still some confusing parts of setting up a test using the advanced editor but I assume that this might come next after the upgrade to the dashboard and reporting interfaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been using Webtrends as part of an agency for the past three years, and among the various tools I have encountered, this platform stands out as my preferred choice. I rely on Webtrends on a nearly daily basis, and its user-friendly interface, along with its seamless A/B testing capabilities, has significantly simplified the process of setting up experiments, eliminating unnecessary complexities.
The suite of built-in tools provided by Webtrends allows us to efficiently work with diverse website structures, including single-page applications, without encountering any major challenges. I have complete confidence in this product’s ability to support me as a developer in delivering high-quality testing for our websites. Webtrends has consistently proven its value by driving meaningful results in the past, reinforcing my trust in its capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's nothing much I can dislike about webtrends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about Webtrends is the service we get from them. Everything is dealt with promptly and thoroughly, no hold up in the process is ever from their end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly there is nothing I actually dislike about the product or the service. As a company we haven't utilised the self-service tests as yet but we will be very soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The new tool is great and was definitely needed! It looks and feels so much better with added features. The updated visual editor is a lot more user friendly like other products out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
QA teams sometimes missed easy-to-spot errors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Good customer support and robust reporting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Force Experiment tool can be a little tricky on initial use, some of the help documentation is very tech heavy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They're extremely responsive and quick on the mark to help fix any errors/issues you might be having. Always engaging with your suggestions/requests which is extremely helpful in stressful situations. A lot of our tests can come in very last minute but Sandeep and the team are always on the ball to help out when we need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes we can run into errors whilst saving tests which can be frustrating at times but this would still fall back on what I also like about the company with them being very quick to respond should these errors come about. We could put this down to the amount of tests we have running though throughout the months/year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Daily user of WebTrends across multiple accounts.
WebTrends is a great product for conversion rate optimisation and experimentation. With some of its additional features (social proofing), it is now beyond a standard testing tool. You get EVERYTHING at one price point which makes life less complicated compared to competitors so you don't feel like you're being sold to constantly to upgrade and spend more.
Onboarding and install is made very easy with their tech support team on hand to help with everything.
The team are exceptional to deal with from tech support, account managers and commercial team. They make your life much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The current UI is not great but this is being worked on and should be updated soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
