The reporting was very in depth too and could see how helpful and powerful that would be for more complex projects in particular. **What do you dislike about Webtrends Optimize?** Not really anything we disliked to be honest. **Recommendations to others considering Webtrends Optimize:** Would highly recommend. The stats package that you find in the product is great, and I love what we've seen them release in the last month or two. The wysiwig tool is also really helpful for us - we can nip in and make a few changes to get messages out to people, or do some simple testing no problem. The price is also great. It's a little surprising for it to be where it is, given all the stuff they're offering, but I'm not one to complain 🙄 **What do you dislike about Webtrends Optimize?** Not much from their side really. They've given us the tech and support we need, and keep us up to date with things as they release them (seems to be a lot lately, but I guess that's a good thing?). **Recommendations to others considering Webtrends Optimize:** Just talk to them. The segmentation capabilities have also been a key feature for us including their geo-targeting ability down to longitude and latitude which has been incredibly useful following the opening of our new store. **What do you dislike about Webtrends Optimize?** Not being able to use Google tag manager was a little extra work but it was worth it to ensure that flickering didn't occur and was still straightforward enough. Other than that though, there hasn't been anything that has stood out so far. We've had a few retail stores for many years, but being online is quite new to us. Not only have they helped iron out things we asked for, but the reviews they've done for our website helped show us things that we had no idea were even a problem. It really has been invaluable. Since working with them, over the last few months, we've seen our revenue triple, and it's been a much-needed revenue stream especially during the COVID lockdown. **What do you dislike about Webtrends Optimize?** Literally nothing. They've gone above and beyond, couldn't ask for any more than what they've done (and what they continue to do). This was done by addressing the problems on the site. For example, our homepage was very bare, and a terrible experience as customers weren't able to find what they needed. Our sales have roughly triplied as I've said, and it's been a much needed revenue stream for us. We held them to them - they have so far delivered on every bold promise they made, on time and in full. It’s clean, very easy to understand and has great depth. I attended the kick off calls and have been impressed with the level of support provided (this has been fed back to me too). Some of our team didn’t have a lot of experience but they were able to articulate the theory behind certain recommendations they gave us really well which helped with understanding why they were important - and they’ve supported us fantastically from day one. We have greatly appreciated the honesty and effort they have put into helping us with the new site and the set up of our testing programme. Even though we have not paid for the full managed service offering they recognised we didn't have the resources and experience in-house and so have put themselves out to support us and give us the head start we needed so that we can really get the most out of the platform going forward. I saw a demo fairly recently too and it looks like they have continued that improvement over the last couple of years. **What do you dislike about Webtrends Optimize?** As I say above the platform itself kept on improving throughout our time using it so any little things which may have been frustrating were fairly quickly resolved. Relationship-wise there wasn’t anything I would say I disliked as, like I say, this was very good. **What problems is Webtrends Optimize solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were launching our responsive site and building our optimisation roadmap out - both of which Webtrends Optimize helped us greatly with. ### 50. As a BA, and former QA, I helped collate and write requirements for the team our aside to feed into the pipeline alongside the recommendations and hypotheses proposed by Webtrends Optimize team. And I also supported the user testing once these were built and ready for deployment. There was a lot of moving parts and different considerations given the scope of what we were trying to achieve but the smoothness of the delivery and efficient roll out of projects was excellent. From our internal side we also used the platform to build tests and there was always positive feedback on the platform from our devs. **What do you dislike about Webtrends Optimize?** I guess at the very start the process was perhaps a little tough, (our tech/internal processes were very complex) but they invested time & effort to engage with us and understand our ambitions to meet these needs as things very quickly picked up and then the smooth process described above became ’the norm’ for the rest of the time we used them. **What problems is Webtrends Optimize solving and how is that benefiting you?** They helped us fully test out our responsive platform and also various other projects to drive and increase online revenue. ## Webtrends Optimize Discussions -
