I've been using Webtrends Optimize tool for a while now and the recent UI update has been a big improvement. It’s much cleaner and easier to navigate, which makes working with the platform a lot smoother, especially when jumping between tests, reports, and dashboards.
As a frontend developer, I really appreciate how simple it is to set up experiments and track user interactions. The platform gives clear insights into how users behave on our site and the things like clicks, engagement, and the drop-offs helps us make informed design and UX decisions.
The custom dashboards are also really handy. I can set them up to show only the data that matters to our team, and it’s easy to share those insights with others.
Overall, Webtrends Optimize has become a valuable part of our workflow, and the new UI makes the whole experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall, I’ve had a good experience with Webtrends Optimize, but there are a couple of things that could be better. Some parts of the UI still feel a bit clunky and took me a little while to find where everything was.
Also, a few of the advanced features weren’t super easy to figure out at first and a better documentation would definitely help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
