Customer Service, uptime and their expertise.

**What do you dislike about WebScoot?**

We have not found anything we dislike thus far. They do an amazing job.

**What problems is WebScoot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have tried many hosting companies for our Magento website. Webscoot is by far the best. Their customer service is the best. They run on the Amazon AWS network, and therefore the speed is great, and the uptime is perfect. Any time there is an issue or question, Webscoot engineers are there to support you every step of the way. You cannot ask for a better partner. We are extremely pleased and have been with Webscoot for over a year now.

**What do you like best about WebScoot?**

Very supportive & experienced team, Webscoot allows us to grow and helped us to focus on our product & customers instead of being tangled into software & server-side maintenance. If you are someone who wants to improve your website's performance and wants to focus on other aspects of your business then I will recommend you to Webscoot.

**What do you dislike about WebScoot?**

I have no issues using them. No server side errors encountered.

**What problems is WebScoot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The support team at Webscoot is amazing. A good choice for anyone who wants a stable fully manage server like me to host dozens of websites. Don't hesitate to chat with sales or support. Keep going the good work and I'll never move to another company!
