I really like the automatic sync of orders, inventory and funds with minimum effort at Webgility is connecting my Shopify store to QuickBooks. Their stand in all this is their own dashboard—it allows me to see all my sales and stock levels on any channel in a clear, real-time way without me having to pull my hair from manual updates. nothing, billing department gives generic respoonses, aggressive responses and attitude, and went from "I will speak with my supervisor to see what we can do" directly to "can't issue a refund" when I didn't want to continue going in circles and just wanted an answer. Webgility allows us to post all web orders straight into Quickbooks. It saves us so much time. We use it every for every web order. It works great with posting all Amazon orders in Quickbooks as well. It allows us to take the tracking from Quickbooks after we ship the order and post it back to our website and/or Amazon for our customers to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Webgility is an effortless software to operate. Its features are a boon, particularly when it comes to importing orders from multiple marketplaces into Quickbooks. The most significant advantage is that it eliminates the need for manual invoice entry. The customer support is unparalleled, and they're always available to respond to any queries or concerns. Additionally, the program can be customized to align with your personal preferences. If you sell packs on Amazon, this tool streamlines invoicing, we use this every day to import our orders into invoices and it has saved us a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It does take a while for the program to run however, if you have fast internet and a quick pc it should work fairly quickly. Price is a bit expensive, however, you get what you paid for. I am limiting this review to ONLY the Billing Department.

When Sayan called in the late morning on a Monday, I stated that it was not a good time to discuss my issue. He said, just send me a message when you are ready. Later in the day I sent a message and within seconds the phone rang. He called us back when it was convenient for us that day, which is likely NOT a time of day that he would normally be available.

Sayan took my concerns about billing seriously. He took the time to share my concerns with other teams and replied with an acceptable resolve to my billing issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
