As of now, duplicate users can be created automatically when an employee switches between Windows and a Mac profile, which may affect license count management. Nothing bad overall, but on 13th and 14th April we faced an issue with automatic user profile creation and unexpected licences being created. The support team resolved it immediately. This happened because another admin changed a global setting: we had it set to use the email prefix based on the machine ID, but it was changed to the OS username. Because of that, a lot of duplicate users were created, and I wasn’t aware of the change at the time. After escalating the issue, it was resolved, but we want one improvement: whenever any global settings are changed by another admin, the super admin should receive an email notification.
